  1. yea the gas was on and so were the switches lol
  2. This past weekend we went out camping..I warmed up the banshee, then took it out for i ride.I was going up this small hill then the next thing i know it stalled. We checked the carbs, reeds, wiring, plugs, and the intake ports to look at the pistons..Everything seemed fine and it wont start up any more.. I just put a shaved head, and 34mm pj carbs if that helps..The only idea that i have that could be causing this is the flywheel. Can anybody else figure this out?
  3. i agree. i can also back up myself on this one
  4. hmm never thought of it like that..i thought it was 2mm on each crank lol :shoothead:
  5. yea i dont want to bore out the cylinders because to me it seems like a waste. I will probably just go with the 4mm with a longrod
  6. yea alot of aftermarket carriers are honda style.i dont know why but they're easy to adjust
  7. a tough desicion to make my motor has nothing done to it except a milled head and its ported.......
  8. so what would be a better buy. The 370 longrod or a 4mm stroker?
  9. thats exactly what i did..but im thinkin about relocating it to the front or just removing it in the future.
  10. there is a chance that coolant is leaking in your cylinders
  11. seems like its a coolant leak
  12. i think you should be fine if u keep the compression under the "limit".Also because i have a blaster that has a 2mm stroker and a bbk in it and runs on pump gas.
  13. o yea i meant on top of the piston lol...........
  14. no.its just that i couldnt figure out what it could be on the slides until now
  15. looks like i will wipe slides next time...because i check the carb everyonce in a while after washing and find water on the slides
  16. isnt the air under the pistons call compression
  17. well when i was my shee it always seems hard to start after...but it usually takes about 5mins to start after......it would be that some water got into the carbs so way
  18. so your saying that a 370 longrod has nothing to do with a stroker crank ....
  19. how much stroke would the crank be?like +4?
  20. what is done for a 370longrod..(stroker,bore,ect..)and would the pistons and rings be replaced? thanks

    coilovers

im thinking about getting marvin shaw coilovers because i mostly drag and dune...but what would hold up better chrome or powdercoating, because those are the choices they come in....
  22. hold on.....would i have to worry about the shock collapsing because its made for a blaster's weight not a banshee's
  23. will do...once we get it back from the shop
  24. it could be a bad ground....maybe a jet popped out
  25. 1.pipes 2.reed 3.filters 4.handlebars 5.port
