You should really get your self a clymers bud. Step by step of everything to do with your banshee from top to bottom. There $30 all day long new on ebay. Anyways here some pics i took from mine for another member that didn't know what to do. Thing is you have to do ALL the steps to a T man. Same way as any automotive vehicle with hydro brakes. HAHA sorry read that wrong i thought you meant the over flow was leaking Well if its the drain plug like you just said there should be an o-ring in the drain plug for it to seal when screwed up into the bowl. Go check it out.

Your float is set to low in that carb, Raise it up a mm or so and be done. Could be your seat also but its proly your float. Set it and be done.
