    an adjustable? stop workin like a chinaman. get a breaker bar and a 32 mm socket from sears. a big socket and breaker bar will tighten it good enough. i guarantee you can`t get in the spot to tighten it with an adjustable. doing this will cause slop in the output shaft threads trashing it. get the right tools mj.

    slop on the threads of the output shaft. how are you tightening the 32 mm nut? i give it a hit with the impact gun. if your threads are sloppy weld it on. then replace the tranny shaft when you do a tear down.

    yamaha does not sell them. suzuki is the same exact caliper. find a parts finder. and a blow up picture of a late model lt 500 or lt 250. suzuki sells them seperate.yamaha sells the whole caliper only.
