i don`t know what the guy is trying to do.but it is the shady way, you can`t just grind a vin off a frame, then stamp it on another.to get a title for my drag frame i had to go through the dmv, special construction application,pics, certified mechanic inspection,and all reciepts ,do the hokey pokey and turn myself around.then maybe, just maybe they would issue me a reconstruction title.

tires, tims, rear hubs, not sure about the front hubs.
