drill some eigth inch holes in the sleeve, and install a grease zerk on the swingarm tube itself. 5 out of 10 banshees i take apart are like this. the heat generated at that pivot point must be incredible to seize that bolt.

keep in mind the guy putting these kits together has no practical experience using them on a banshee. i spent a day removing some from ryda 85`s banshee. the stainless ones will not work in some applications. like the shock link.there needs to be a shoulder bolt in some spots and the stainless ones are all thread.some were also fancy 12 point heads that strip easily.be carefull where you use them.

replacing the gasket on the clutch cover is not a must every time you remove it. yamabond the clutch cover only.install the gasket. when you remove it again it only sticks to the cover. not the cases. it takes a lil care.

i ran 18 38 on my old drag bike. i have seen 19. it is dangerously close to the cases. no margin for error. chain slack, hopping teeth ect. then again, you can bolt them big gears up. but your bike gotta have the nuts to pull them. or you wasted your money on scrap metal. you will go nowhere.

i would suggest those that had a sour deal with this guy to take it to the feedback forums. no use bumping this to the top of for sale.

suzuki does sell the bolt seperate. locate a zilla or lt 250 parts finder. and get the part number from the exploded view. same caliper and mounts.

plugs backing out is usually a sign of something more than just vibration. that plug lock and your engine detonating can lead to an expensive fix.we need more info. what octane fuel, cool head? what domes. jetting ect.

i am also interested in the whole swap.a arms and all.those that did the mod please post up a complete step by step.
