One day I was riding up a down my street, the Shee was running great, but all of a sudden no more power band, out of no where this happened. I though it was my jetting but I had been running this jetting for the whole summer with no problems, and the temp has not changed where I live. So I took it to the stealership and I just got my banshee back from the stealership having them look at it cause I have no power band. My bike just screams on the top end but isnt going fast like its should be. They did a compression test and I have 120psi. in one cylinder and 140psi. in the other cylinder. They said I need a new top end and thats why my bike is running shitty. They also said I needed a new chain and sprocket cause mine is worn real bad. Do you guys think my compression is real low and needs a topend and what should my compression be with my mods?????? I had them check my jetting and they said it was good and that wasnt my problem. Also I am gettin an extreme amout of smoke out of my pipes, could this be from the gas and oil getting past the piston rings, and being burned off???? My Mods. :beer: I have owned my Banshee for 2years now and I still smile every time I start her up for a day of riding. I had a blaster before the Banshee and WOW what a big and better difference.

I am 21 years old, I ride a Banshee with mods. I have the stock Banshee tank. I usually ride with (ellison445) I am sure you know who that is. We ride in Jersey City mostly. Yea I would love to come to Exit 82 which is the Sandpit RIGHT???????????? Let me know waz up. I was talking to (ellison445) about it and he told me the next time you guys go out there he would let me know, So if your going any time soon please let me know

Thanks, I will check all of those things on my bike. This is a very wierd thing. I have my tors system completely removed. My kill switch is not connected at all and I dont have a key hookup on my banshee. When I start my bike I just put it in nuetral and kick her over and she fires right up and has been that way forever. This happen out of no where when I was just ripping it u and down the street. I will go over my entire wire harness and check my pickup coil. Thanks Everybody

Ok, I thought my banshee was having jetting problems, but my jetting is right on now thanks to (ellison). When I begin to turn my handle bars to the right my bike will just bog down and shut off,when I turn the wheels to the left it runs fine. Also when I am riding, it is just loading up and not wanting to hit the power band???? I have put a brand new Coil on the bike and its getting great spark, the bike starts first or second kick, but when the wheels are turned to right it will not start at all. It only starts when the wheels are straight or turned to the left??????? I dont know where to start fixing this thing, Please give me some HELP

Thanks Ellison, I figured my two buddies that own banshee's were shooting me bullshit today when I was talking to them about me getting the setup. I agree also it is one of those things you have to try and see if you like it, because everyone has a different opinion on the setup.

Yea ellison, you were zoned out with the ipod and killin those wheelies. I am still practicing one day I will be nice with it like you. I ordered the coil and aftermarket grab bar it will be here on Thursday, so hope this clears my problems. Thats waz up pipebomb, I wish I knew someone with a private farm that I could go rip my banshee. All I have around me is the streets, where I play around a little bit. Yes I agree, please post some pics of your 2-1 setup on your bikes. Also does the 2-1 setup cause banshee to blow up??????? Some of my friends who have used tihis setup told me not to get it b/c it only blows the motor????????? They told me that 2 carbs is better than the one b/c your starving you engine for gas, Please let me know what you think and Post those pics please????????

I kinda figured duals are better, but I am trying to get something more managable but not lose my top end and gain a crisper bottom end. Will this setup take care of my needs. I ride trails also?????????

They are made by LUNGZ and I am not sure if you can buy just the carbon fiber parts. I went on ebay and just typed in " Banshee air filter " and then I seen them. So try that and see if you see them

What size Carbs are you guys using with the 2-1 setup and Whats your jetting????????
