mine was doing the same thing so i replaced the pump seal with the bearing...i still think it was the impeller seal but just to be on the safe side i replaced all of the them.

would 80w 90 work fine....

can some one post a pic of a clean up job...also with a clean up would the tranfers even be touched..

i pulled off the cover and didnt see any damage on the oring or the seal but the bearing had some rust on it....how can u tell if the seal is bad...?

hey there i got a problem... i went riding yesterday and after a while i noticed my shee overheating . so i stopped and checked the level and it had no water at ALL. i filled it up and kept going by the time i got to my house the levels wa really low again...will i was trying to figure it out, oil started to come out of the trans overflow lines...so i drained the tranny and sure enough all the coolant was in there...what could be the problem a bad oil seal or maybe o-ring...or even gasket...let me know thanks

LOL yeah it took me a lil time to get it to...i was looking for the little inline cooler...lol

hey i need some cylinders ranging in the price range of $200 or less. i really need some cylinders. dont care if ported or not just as long as the can be bored to the next size and also that they dont exceed a .60 bore size. thank you

man i wish i lived there. i hate the cold but i have to deal with it till i am old enough. i ride my atv down the block and only one person told me to stop because his kids were playing outside. know once in a while i ride in the night like around 9 pm right before everyone is asleep. i have to drive an hour to go ride too, but i dont have a truck right know, so i dont have a ride.all my neighbors are kool with me riding but then again i dont go WOT down the street. i love open space. i wish i still lived in arizona. desert right across the street from my house. and mexico less than 60 min away. i remember everything and i was only 5. i loved it. :sad:

that shitt was crazy. man were is that at i would love to try it. yes great glory does come with great pain. :: i dont know DMC does do it awesome but it looks like he is going alot faster. DMC is badass on the banshee i am not going to lie.

yeah thats the gold. not exact to the old school rims but i still like it. i always liked the old school kid. i dont know why. i think it is becuase when i was a little kid i saw a 250r with gold rims and i love the look. u said 25 each for the 4 rims right. what if the rims are already polished. would the price be cheaper.

thats like the gold that is painted on. the gold i am talking about is like a candy gold. yeah translucent. thats the word :thumbsup:

i want to powder coat some gold like the old school look. i love the old school gold rims that use to soe on the 250rs and banshee. i was wondering if they have that color.

i cut mine and i ride everything. the mud is really bad and so is water or snow. sand and anything dry that wont stick on the tire and fling to ur face the fenders cut works great. i dont regret it but it wouldnt hurt to have then back on. o well the banshee still looks badass :biggrin:

i want cubs put those are not coming till next winter. maybe in the summer not sure. i am just going to do the helicoil thing. does anybody know were to by new studs or do i go to any atv parts or dealer. i tried to use bigger bolts but the gasket had a certain wideness in the stud holes. thats how i had the problem from not making a good seal. thanks

i was just thinking of welding it myself and drilling it out and tapping it over. i also want to just take the easy way out and do the helisoil stuff.i tapped it already and put bolts in. alot of rtv is just trouble...lol :yelrotflmao: . i want to do it right the first time. i am going to try the helicoil stuff first. also were can i by new studs. new jugs are about $200. and if i am going to by new jugs i might as well by them ported and all. thanks

i stripped my jug studs a while back.:: i put regular bolts in and it seemed to fix it :shoothead: . but i recently been noticing that coolent has been going into the piston. i took off the head and there was coolent all in the combustion chamber.:: i looked at the gasket and tried to figure out why it is doing this. then i noticed that the gasket was messed up around the screw holes. it wasnt getting a good seal because the bolts were to fat.:shoothead: so know i need to figure out how to put new studs in when the threads are bigger then the studs. i heard of this helicoil stuff but i am not sure. i realy need some help cause i want to ride again. ::

well i would spend at least 5Gs. i cant reall spend more than that cause the rest is for mods
