  1. Does anyone know of a company putting together bolt kits like Alloy Boltz did? I would like to find a good quality kit like they put together, but I don't know where to look.
  2. Where is a good place to find CPI pipes?
  3. 421 cub, have trinity pipes now. I don't like how they fit. Performance seems good. Considering CPI's or T5's. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Your thoughts?
  4. I got a kit from ALLOYBOLTZ.com, they have everything. Check them out
  5. Run whatever pipe you want, just pull the packing out of the silencers, may run like shit but it'll be loud.
  6. 7 or 8 psi, in front Razorbacks 3 or 4 psi, in rear Haulers I blow the beads off if run front tires lower than 5 when jumping Set it up according to feel, what your comfortable with
  7. You can buy a cheap plastic welding kit from Rocky Mountain ATV
  8. I agree, too rich. 27.5 pilots. 1.5 on air screw
  9. I may get bashed for having Trinity pipes from what it sounds like but, I've had three different sets of pipes on mine and I can honestly say that the Trinity's feel to pull much harder and higher in the rpm range. I've had T5's, T6's, and now the Trinity's. When I first put these pipes on I took it out for a ride. I thought I was in sixth gear topped out, but come to find out I was just in fifth. I couldn't believe how long and hard they pulled. Just my opinion. Hell try the 30 days, borrow a buddies pipes feel the difference, then keep them or send them back.
  10. I think it is the oil from your hands. That's what I have always heard. So I tried it. With my new set of pipes I installed them with rubber gloves on so that oil off of my hands wouldn't contact the pipes. I'm happy to say that those pipes didn't ever turn blue. If you don't wanna use gloves make sure and take plenty of time to wipe the pipes down very well. Another idea that I thought was sloppy was to spray hight temperature paint inside the necks of the pipes to keep that blue from showing up.
  11. I personally run 40:1 Klotz Super Techniplate with Vp 110. As far as the ration is concerned the leaner the better. I know that sounds weird but from what I was taught at MMI, it makes sense. A ration of 40:1 means 40 parts gas to one part oil. According to my teachers a leaner mixture is better for cooling and preventing of fouling and "gunking" things up. Many believe that the oil is what keeps the motor cool. WRONG. The fuel is actually what keeps the engine cool. All the oil does is provide a little lubrication. If you notice when your breaking in a new bike with 20:1 or 24:1 it starts hard, fouls plugs, and most importantly gets hot and boils over. This is were the leaner mixture comes in. Even at 40:1 my pistons look great after a year of hard riding every weekend. The bottom end has plenty of oil, almost too much. I am considering going leaner.
