200 sound hot to me. i use a infrared non contact thermometer and take the temp off the head. if its above 180 at WOT i go up a size bigger in the main.
it all depends on how well you take care of the bike. IE keeping your air filter clean and not getting water in your motor. i raced a bike for 3 years and never had to rebuild it.
be careful with the type of paint you shoot. alot of the new paints in automotive industry are very harmfull and will kill you (like poly paints). unless you have a full body suit and a air source stay away from them. sand blasting is also very bad for you if you dont have the right equipment. not sure how much you know on the subject?
like the guy above said make sure you clean your parts really good because oils and dirts will not let the paint stick. you will have "fish eye" which looks like a round hole in your paint.
enamel paint is probly a good choice if you are going to shooy alot of paint. ask your local paint place for the type of paint the will get you the right stuff beacuse if you shoot plastic you need flexable paint for that.
clear as mud?
does the 2003 banshee cdi have a rev limiter?
if so what rpm does it activate the cut off?
also if you put a top end pipe like a shearer on do you need to get a different cdi and what cdi would i need to get if so?
arnt nubee's a pain in the anal pore.
dont answer the last question.
thx
iam not sure if the lock up clutch is adjustable for the banshee. but drag car the clutch slipes a little in the lower rpms so the tires keep thier traction and then as the rpms go up it applies more presure and locks the clutch. i would think that the lock-ups for the banshees would be the same.
nitro and nitrous are two differnt thing things. nitrous provides alot of HP.iam not sure if there r any reliable kits on the market for two stroked engines but they can make alot of HP for a four stroke engine. but if you dont have it set up right or the motor beefed up to handle the HP you could be picking up peaces of your motor for awhile.
i hope you get your bike back but i had a 85 250r 3 wheeler stolen about 12 years ago and it hasnt been recovered yet. hopefully like the other guys said maybe an idiot stole you bike and he will get caught.
