you need to rap the threads about 6 or 7 times with the tape to index it to the position you want it. you will probly have to do that a couple of times to get it were you want it.
my shearer's also needed fitting. i had to modify an aftermarket hanger and a large spacer to get it to fit on the left side, but they fit good now. also if you know someone who cromes pipes i would get them without the crome and then have a shop plate them for you.
what dont you like about the fit?
you could modify your hangers to get a better fit.
the only time they meet the panel of jurors is before the trial. they probably had a panel of approx 40 to 50 poeple to choose from and they still couldnt get a fair and impartial jury.
you wouldnt believe what goes on in a trial. our system tries to hard to make sure the guilty get a fair trial . sometimes at the expense of the victum.
i agree. the v force should flow more air than the srp's. the v force has more petal area. the srp looks like it has about half the area. hard to tell with out comparing them side by side.
they make self tapping oil plugs that dont have to be drilled or tapped. i did that to an old motorcycle and never had a problem after that. just make sure you start the plug straight.
a person on ps put a topic on the dyno forum (patriot 421cub) and he stated dan tuned his set up and put a 145m, 52p and cel 4th position.
could the float hieght play a factor in this?
forged pistons are stronger than cast. but you need to let forge piston warm up before you go to W.O.T. . cast piston do not expand like the forge pistons so you can start up and take off with out the piston needing to expand in the bore.
Where is the pressure plate? Do you take off the clutch cover or the whole side case cover on that side? I have a 2004 and when I take off the round clutch cover, there is nothing there!!! Anybody have that problem with that year or newer! How do I adjust my clutch???
you have to take the clutch side case off to get to the clutch (if you have a stock case). you can buy a modified case that has the quick change cover so you dont have to pull the whole side off.
