well i picked up my bros b day gift today. his g/f got him a banshee. im so pumped because hes a dirt bike guy but i know once he starts riding his shee he too will get hooked. heres the pics. its an 03 w 50 hrs on it. has gnarly pipes some bling, nets but everything else is stock. motor starts right up first kick.. 2500 with a trailer good deal. let me know what ya think

ya like banshee man said you can bend it back but the metals going to be weaker which means it will take less of a hit to bend again. I think your best bet is to just buy a new frame. Think of it this way. you can probably rebuild your bike while your out and getting better. by the time your ready to go riding it should be done with a new frame and all. this way you can at least feel confident when riding and the problem is done with right off the bat and shouldnt come back to haunt you. good luck

esr has a real sweet gauge i just bought. its a super clean install too. i located in the second vent on the right by my gas tank. all i have to do it lean alittle to the right and there it is. its liquad filled too and seems like a real nice make.

he got an 03 just like on craigslist but for cheaper.

my bro is looking at buying a shee but it only comes with bill of sale of orig owner and a copy of the certificate of origin. will this be enough?? thanks

whats up everyone, found a banshee for sale for my brother wanted to see what you all thought. now im from the east coast, boston ma. to be exact and banshees are alot cheaper out here than the west coast so keep this in mind. 2003 yamaha banshee, owner says theres approx 60 hrs of use on it. always kept in garage, comes with fmf fatties and the bike was jetted by a yamaha dealer. everything else is stock. he only has a copy of the certificate of origin. he doesnt have the actual one, will this pose a problem. he said he will sell it for $2400 looks real clean have not started it yet im going to do this tomorrow when i go look at it. any help is appreciated. thanks

i ride mostly trails and pits and had to figure out if i wanted +3+1 or +2+1. i know everyone says with my type of riding i should go w +2+1 but i went w +3+1 and im very happy about it. think about it its only another inch on each side. get a ruler out and look at how small it is. im very happy w the +3+1 a arms and have had no more problems with the width in the trails. just my 02 cents. you will be happy what ever way you go. i went w asr a arms and axis shocks. im very happy w my chooice. heres a link to the pics of the a arms and shocks on my bike/ http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=82156 good luck

lookng for a chrome shifter and foot brake. found some on ebay for around 25 each plus shipping is this right, to high?? thanks

first empty out the regular gas and put super in it. next get a tors removal kit and parking prake shut off block, remove the tors and parking brake. clean out carbs including main jet and pilot. next start bike and have some fun all problems will be solved

ya change the fluids including gas. if it strats right uo you probably dont need to do a compr. check it should be fine. i would also re grease all the fittings\ good luck and keeps us updated
