  1. is there not a way of just retouting the hoses and keeping it there for assurance of not running low on coolant, ive been considering it myself, and it seems that it would be possible to just run the overflow line that spills on the pipes to somewhere else?
  2. hey, im game, since i didnt get to make last yrs bhq ride, i look forward to meetin some people off of here, so ill be there for sure this time?
  3. I guess Oklahoma aint that bad of a state after all, only thing i have gotten questioned about was my tail light entering the dunes at little sahara.
  4. prob april would be a good time to go
  5. fronts are like 72 new, and rear a lil more, id take 80 shipped for both
  6. man, id still like to, but i dont have the time or money to be travelin to diff cities, maybe sometime later, but i hardly even get to ride as it is now, do you know anyone needin a lowerin kit?
  7. I was in your same shoes, but backed out, decided it wasnt for me, but i do have a durablue front and rear lowering kit that i bought and decided not to use, pics in the for sale section, ill hook u up, let me know if your interested http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=52895
  8. i got a blue/silver hjc helmet i usually where, just not when im going out for a few minutes but thanks for the feedback, i think i will call gorr up and get some prices, money is a factor so i dont see myself goin with a 4mm, ill ride trails 90% of the time, and the dunes maybe 4 times a yr. I havent heard anything bad about the port job so it looks to be my choice also, i take it that gorr will be able to true and weld my crank and what would make some good 33mm carbs that are easy to dial in and change jets, was thinkin about some air strykers?
  9. push the throttle, so if u had it to do over again, would you go again with the same port job?
  10. i wanted to keep my existing pipes, just didnt know if it would respond well with my pipes, also didnt wanna lose on the topend, stclark, what pipes, carbs, and gearing were you runnin?
  11. Ok, im thinking about getting the gorr woods port, i would like to hear from people who have this port job and how they like it. It will be used mainly for trails and occasional duning. How would it perform with t5's, +4 timing, 20cc domes, stock carbs, maybe some 33's later.
  12. I have a TCS zps dual rate rear shock, let me know if ud be interested in it, its set up for mx 180lb rider
  13. id prefer to sell them together, but if nobody takes em both up soon, yeah i will, 55 shipped
  14. i changed my mind about flat trackin, i do have a lowering front and rear kit for sale http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=52895
  15. I have a durablue front and rear lowering kit. The front relocates the upper shock mount and the rear has 4 adjustments, i believe the front lowers it 2 or 2.5 inches, the rear is up to about 4 or 5 inches, dont quote me on it. I bought it to start flat tracking but changed my mind, would be good for drag racing as well. The front runs new for 75.27 and the rear goes for 80.59 from durablue. Im wanting 100 shipped for both, shoot me a pm if interested, thanks I also have some stock heel guards and footpegs
  16. I have a 1990 Honda CB-1, has 20K miles, 400cc inline 4, liquid cooled, kerker exhaust, seat reupholstered, painted a little over two years ago, +4 ignition advancer, the paint is black with pearl blue flames, very reliable, fun to ride, was only made for two years, 89 and 90, so it is rare, a collectors bike if it was the original color, i have also installed a street fighter front fairing that replaces the round headlight housing, not pictured,i live in oklahoma, wanting to sale or trade it for another quad, preferably for a banshee that is runnin, nothin fancy, here are some pics, let me know what u guys got, thanks i just tagged it last wk .
  17. dude, its sick looking, the frame turned out nice, sweet color, now lets see some action shots
  18. anybody else got any input?
  19. I found a good site that sells klotz for cheap, i buy it by the case. http://motorsportsracingfuels.com/Price&Order.html
  20. what about the gorr woods port, will it still scream on hte top and would it work well with t5s? bout how much does the gorr port job run?
  21. he said that it would help out on the bottom end and give me more top end and would work well with the t5's, and i do go to the dunes bout 3 or 4 times a yr, do you know of a port job that would better suit me?
  22. ive thought about going with a 4 mil crank, but i do a lot of trail ridin, didnt know if it would suit my ridin style, and would it work good with the t5's and stock carbs for now until i can upgrade to some 33's?
  23. I have a 2000 banshee stock bore and stock port, t5's, v-force, 20cc, and +4 timing. I plan on sending my cylinders off to Passion in the next 2 wks for a hot duner port, as well as getting my crank trued and welded, i have never tore down a banshee motor so i am new at it. My question is, what should i expect and are there any tips to make the rebuild easier and cheaper? Should i get my crank trued and welded, or go with a wiseco hot rods crank, will i be able to do the rebuild myself. My dad is going to help and he has built a few small block chevys, but not 2-strokes. This will be the first time so any input will help. Thanks
