no I didnt request for it to be made that small..........I only said.........for him to do what he feels is best with my mods and riding........I got a few messages from this person........and negotiations were made.....but nothing of the fact of replacing it completely...........the only negotiations that were made was.......if I send him a new flywheel he will do the work again for free.....or.......he will mod my shift star.........all I said back was "that I will keep that in mind".............the more and more I think about .........the more and more I feel its going to cost me $$$$$$$$$.............. I do have to say, that when the work was performed..........all the work was very prompt including shipping.............. But I just dont understand.........I dont zip back and forth on a drag track..........I, like you, ride my bike hard (when there are others that ride hard too)..........sometimes miles away from camp............my flywheel Maybe at the most had 10 - 15 hours on it.........suxs :: Look at more pics I posted on page 3...........I even measured the flywheel .......

well the proof shall be in the pudding...........unless someone knows the specs on how thin a flywheel should be..............look at this!.............it even measures less than 1mm.............look at the damn pics...

I run 13/42 and absolutly think it rips...........a buddy of mine that built my motor......(now hes MIA)......said that is what he ran and had no problems...........it works perfect for me........

After a few BLOODY knuckles............I finally got it removed..................I havent decide if I want to go with Ricky Stator or someone else...............it seems that RS is really the only guy to turn to!!!!..........GOT LIGHTS???............RS has the whole setup with plate and flywheel for around $300

Well I wont say who done the work for me.....but the fly wheel metal that is left sure is THIN THIN.......almost like sheet metal thin...........I just hope that my crank is still trued............it was so damanged :: good lookin out chase....let me know what you want for it :beer:

This is my flywheel disaster..........while traveling out to China Wall ......and doing a lot of runs up and down the hill........I found myself broke down about 4 1/2 miles from camp..........we were leaving and about 5 min away from China Wall......my Bike went POP...........I thought for sure it was my crank............But by kicking my bike over all the compression seem to be still there......(just no spark).......switched coils with another banshee........and still no spark!!!!!!.........so I tore off the stator cover and this is what I found...................Look at this mess.......

If you go north on I-15 to PALA rd.....go east about 35 miles........not to Pala Reservation but go left to the other Reservation (I forgot the Tribe name)..........you can ride all day long for $20 its a track (very nice)......but there are no races........its just for pactice..........ocasionaly you will see Factory Honda there on the practice track........there are 3 tracks......... Mini MX,.........Motocross,.........and Enduro.......Hope that helps :beer:
