I'm clueless on tech stuff but I think you need a bigger engine to go with bigger carbs. I ride at Glamis only and got a 35mm CV setup. I was told even 35 should go with a ported engine. Which i don't have. But it runs great.

Why would you want such a big carb? Why not stick with 33 or 35 from trinity?

Just looked at the calendar. that is Veterans Day weekend! I have vacatiob time scheduled around that weekend. I'll be there for sure. My camp does a huge group ride out to the Flag Pole on saturday. Kinda cool.

Best, easy way I've seen is ziptied along the frame. Really don't see them unless someone is really checking out your bike. I'm lazy so I just threw one zip tie here and there and kinda let them rest at they like. The innerds of your bike are gonna lookk so clean and wide open that a few wires aren't even gonna be noticed. Good job getting rid of that airbox!

Can't really help. one thing I can tell you is: DON'T FORCE IT! don't get frustrated. i've been in your spot before on installations and have lost my cool. Sometimes ended up breaking shit. Just sit back, take a break. Remove it completely and try it again. Sometimes your approach has a lot to do with it. The starting angle that you're bringing it in at.

I need a Clutch perch. For whatever reason, Motoworld and CycleGear are telling me no one makes a black one. I know Sunline does. I've had 2 of them. One broke. I need a repacement. I'm willing to buy the perch and the lever if need be. Must be black. I'm looking for cheap stuff. If someone has a great deal on a ASV or similar setup, that may work too.

Are you talking about the small piece under the handle bars that originally had the grill shround screw into? That needs to come off. Otherwise, it pushes the Fullbores up too high. The Fullbores sit MUCH lower in the front than stockers. My fronts were a bit of work to put on. I had to try different combinations of bolt here, loose there and it took my buddy and I to put the right pressure
