  1. Thanks Devans and Peter!! Yes I have the complete bolt in kits, 2003LimitedBanshee. When you get a kit from me there is no further modification that you need to do, it's 100% bolt-on from your perspective. I have been running my 450 arms/shocks (I have '07 SE Hi/Low speed adjustable) for several months now and am VERY happy! I believe you sent me a PM a while back, any thoughts? Thanks! -Brian
  2. Currently I am out of stock on the 450 shocks. However, I do have complete kits still. With NOSS tie rods, my spacer/sleeves and upper and lower a-arms of course, they are $315 shipped to the lower 48 states. Take a look around at the pictures earlier in the post and if you would like I can give you a few references from other BHQ members who have purchased kits and/or spacers from me. Thanks for the interest!! -Brian
  3. ttt boys! Two kits available currently, in either stock or NOSS tie rod configurations. NOSS kits $315 shipped to lower 48, stock tie rod kits $290 shipped to lower 48. Also have a few sets of spacers still on the shelves, $49 shipped to lower 48. Thanks!! -Brian
  4. I thought about powdercoating believe me! I can however reshoot the a-arms in any of the factory Yamaha colors though; true factory colors, not just a close match for just a bit more. Deep Blue like the ones on my bike, factory SE black trim, silver etc. The stock 450 arms are pretty strong I would say. The uppers are aluminum however, so they wouldn't take quite as much abuse as say a chromoly arm would, obviously. Also, just a bump here, but I do have two kits that could be ready to ship out to anyone who might be interested. Still have spacers and tie rods too if you have your own arms and don't forget about my modification/spacer and shipping combo. Thanks! -Brian
  5. Yeah, I am one of the ones that sent him money. But he did call me about a week ago and left a message, so I am going to call him tomorrow to get the scoop. Vtecjun, check you PM...
  6. What would you like for the Barnett springs shipped to the south end of the state? 97520. Have paypal ready. Thanks!
  7. Yes, that is completely normal. I basically ground mine (with a Roloc disc) so that the curve of the bracket was continuous, not square like it is stock. This made for a really clean line and no clearance issues at all. This is an issue with the 450 shocks, regardless if you are running the 450 a-arms or not. My personal opinion would be to grind both sides for some additional clearance, regardless if it appears to need it or not; stuff will move slightly. -Brian
  8. Thanks, I try to keep my stuff in pretty good condition and it's been removed for over a year when I put the NOSS on, just collecting dust. Yes the head is unshaved, gasket surface unmarked. You shipping quote is still coming, but it shouldn't be bad. The swingarm was just over $30 going express USPS and it weighs 14lbs. Thanks!
  9. I almost forgot, I also have a set of stock Banshee front shocks off my '03 limited (yellow springs) with black shockwears. $80 shipped. Also, two sets of stock pipes and stingers, one set of stock silencers. Make offers (a few $ + shipping?) Thanks again! -Brian
  10. As requested, here are a few pics of the head. The third image shows the only "defect" in the head. There is a tiny pit (see pin tip reference) in the 1 o'clock position of the right side cylinder (as seated on the bike). It was there when I pulled it off, so it very well may have been there from the factory. greg_banshee, I'm working on getting you a USPS quote now... you'll have a PM this evening for actual shipping cost.
  11. No worries man, I would still be more than happy to help you out. I sent you a PM with a few questions to try and sort out the issue you're having. I just wanted everyone to be clear that it wasn't a fit issue on a kit that I produced, thanks for clarifying and shoot me back a PM to see if we can get you up and riding!
  12. I could definitely ship to Canada, in fact the CFM swingarm is SOLD and will be going out to Canada as well. I will calculate shipping to you this evening and snap some pics for you as well. Check back later for a few pics and I'll PM you a shipping quote. Thanks ToomeySheeLE on the swingarm, it will be going out to you tomorrow!
  13. Sorry for the delay guys, I got stuck working extra days and just flat ran short on time. But, as promised, here are a few pictures of the CFM Swingarm. Again, asking $120 shipped. Thanks... This is the cross-shaft outage I was talking about, again doesn't look like it should affect anything other than aesthetics.
  14. Alright, so I've had a few inquiries on this topic and I though I would put it out there publicly that I have decided to start offering a new service. For those that have or plan on locating their own arms, as I have a jig built to cut the arms to spec, I will begin modifying a-arms for people that have purchased their own. For $125 (Money order, Paypal $130) I will cut the lower mounts, modify your bushings, install my 450 A-arm spacers and UPS ground ship them back to you. You would be responsible for locating your a-arms and covering shipping to me, but I do and cover the rest. I can also replace worn out or damaged ball joints for you as well as package your new kit with NOSS tie rods. The last two services would obviously be at an added cost. As with all the rest of my kits, I would guarantee they will fit on an undamaged frame! Thanks! -Brian
  15. Just to clarify, this wasn't a kit that I sold you as I recall correct? I'll PM you as I don't want this to be confused with a kit that I produced. Thanks!
  16. Yes to all three! All the modification is made to the lower mounts on the a-arms themselves. You don't have to cut, weld, bend or anything else on the frame; just slip them in. Brake lines, no sweat. The shocks will work fine also, but do you know the eye-to-eye measurement on the shocks? If they are stock length the bike will sit about 2" lower in the front. Now, if your Works are ride height adjustable, you're really set. Thanks! - Brian
  17. You have a PM... Long story short, I'll take it!
  18. Jim, Just got back in town, went duning this weekend. I got your message thanks!. We're back on track, thanks again. Let me know when it gets wrapped up - Brian
  19. Glad to help you out. You were an great buyer as well, I will post up a good review for you also! -Brian
  20. Anyone have some contact info for James? My last PM (or two?) haven't been answered. The arm was supposedly going to powder two weeks ago, Thursday, and I haven't heard anything back yet. I was hoping it would be here for a trip I am taking tomorrow through the weekend, but it doesn't look like that will happen. He seems pretty stand-up, but I need to get some contact with him just to confirm where we are at in the process. It doesn't look like he has been back on in a while, so... Thanks - Brian
  21. No problem, give me until tomorrow evening and I promise I'll have some pics up. Wallace - I don't have any extra 450 shocks at the moment, and I have a few interested parties that I am looking for already. However, 450 shocks cut for the Banshee? Are you talking about already modded to fit the stock Banshee a-arms? In that case, it's usually just a small amount of grinder work on the lower a-arm mount and a little on the lower shock body, plus a gentle reshape of the upper frame mount.
  22. Hey all, I've got some stuff kicking around that I need to get rid of because I am never going to use it. So here goes: - Stock Reed Cages with Boyesen Power Reeds w/stops removed. $35 shipped - Stock Head (no shaving, pitts etc.) $40 shipped -CFM Swingarm: Powdercoated in silvervein, +4 length, stock carrier. Never used, still in box it was shipped to me in. FYI, the shock cross shaft appears to be slightly out of parallel with the front mount tube. Probably won't affect suspension action or impact otherwise, but so you are aware. Asking $120 shipped. - Some other assorted stock parts as well, ask if you don't see it. Oh yeah 450 kits and spacers too...
  23. Ruck, I've got cores coming to me to complete a NOSS tie rod kit for you. I am just waiting for everything to show up to me. Because I am purchasing the parts, the delivery to me is somewhat dependant on the third parties, sorry! As soon as I have the core parts in hand I can turn them around in a day and get them shipped out to you. I will PM you as soon as they show up. I also have one more set of arms coming in the same shipment tha I can complete a kit for someone else. I can do either 450 tie rod or NOSS on this kit as well. In addition, I have two extra sets of spacers left in my current production run. As a reminder, they are selling for $49 shipped. I know someone out there needs a set, I'm seeing more and more 450 arm bikes. Thanks! -Brian
  24. Prediction #1: Nobody gets their parts. Prediction #2: Nobody gets their money back. Prediction #3: RaceReady11 has already spent it on meth. Prediction #4: I get called all sorts of derogatory names, told to mind my own business etc. etc. The long and short of it is, several people have paid and not received any parts. Sounds like more than an isolated incident to me. As mentioned before, the true colors have already been shown. As far as nosing into other's business, this is a public forum. If you had not fueled the fire by posting derogatory remarks and had simply sent the members a PM asking them not to make this a public issue and proven to them that you were in the process of making it right... no one else would have gotten involved. However, in my opinion, the public pressure that this provides may work in some situations, so it may be a legitimate means to solving the problem. In this case however, I don't see it doing a bit of good.
  25. Glad to hear everyone's stuff showed up on time and in good condition. 91tsiawd, I'm keeping my eyes open for shocks for a couple people so I'll let you know. Let me know what you think after you get the kit bolted up and looking good. Thanks! -Brian
