Do a search, it has been on here a few times. I got a motion pro twist throttle kit, it came with twist throttle and cables, new carb tops and idle srew kit.

You could turn the fuel tap off, hold the throttle full open and kick. That has worked for me when mine wont start.

Congrats, its a great feeling. My 4 year old little girl has just started walking around saying that yamaha is the best and hondas are junk and calling my mate who rides a honda 450 a prettyboy. Kids a great fun. Oh, mine already wants a banshee

Mine was doing this, I think it is moisture causing the carb too stick. Mine was only doing it after going through puddles or riding in heavy rain. I just used a bit of silicon around the top of the carb and where the cable goes in, I havent had a problem since. May or may not work for you but seems to work for me

If you have enough $ you could always buy both, that what I would do anyway They are both great fun to ride.

Bigger front = more speed , Bigger Back = more bottom end. Or Smaller front = more bottom end , Smaller Back = more speed. Thats how I work it out

I was also wondering about the NOSS head, if you change dome size will it effect jetting? Also what is the stock dome size?

Just rev hard in second, then drop the clutch. When you get over the gate snap third. Work for me

I have been told it is moister getting into the carb making the slide stick, you could always put some silicon around were the throttle cable goes into the top of the carb. Not sure if it would work but maybe worth a shot

I use castrol tts, it seems to be fine. I have been using it for a few years and never had a problem.

I competed in my second round of state titles last weekend, and I actually did ok. I ended up in 11th for the day. Off the starts I was coming out of the first corner in about 5th in every race. Not bad for a stock shee. I was up against alot of 450's. But I am starting to think about getting some pipes and suspension so that I might actually get into the top 7.

The R6 is a sweet bike, but not for a new "street rider"! They have plenty of speed and power, and are easy to OVER slide out around corners. They are also very costly to fix when you crash them. I agree that the cbr600 f4i is also a sweet bike, it would also be better suited to a newer rider.

Could it be the choke tube? (the tube that come off the choke in between the carbs). I had that happen to me and it was a blocked breather hose
