sounds like you have an air leak...... build yourself a leak down tester, pump the engine up and spray the seals, gaskets and intakes with soapy water.... if it is leaking you will see bubbles. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=110585

I hope your main and dump tube have been drilled, if you are infact only running a 155 main you will burn that engine down on alky! get the jetting close ith the main jet, then use the power jet to adjust for temp changes

soak them for at least a half hr.... the clutch will last alot longer if ya do

fire the bike up and grab a can of carb clean... spray around the carb boots, the base gaskets and the crank seal behind the stator..... if there is an air leak you will hear the engine change tones. I f I had to guess, it sounds like the crank seal behind the fly wheel was damaged when you advanced the timing..... did you have to heat the flywheel up to get it off? did you use the correct puller to remove the flywheel?

I have the best luck with 32:1 which is 4oz of oil to 1 gal of gas...... or 20 oz of oil to 5 gals of gas.

only thing you have to watch with the r1 shock is, if you are heaver or run a long swing arm the shock is valves alittle on the soft side...

try a 15/42..... might need a 43 should wok good for ya

how far are you racing, how many speed trans do you have? an what size rear tires

looking for a few parts to put my play bike together........ I need....... The spacer and the two washers that go on the clutch basket a clutch rod (the one that goes inside of the trans shaft) the hold down that holds the clutch cable to the cases the c looking clip that goes on the crank bearing the smallest c looking clip that goes on the trans bearing a stator and a fly wheel a throttle cable that will work on carbs without TORS a kicker I think that is it for now.... let me know what ya got and how much. thanks

my 4 mill cub loves fuel! I ended up running billet bowels and cutting one float off of each carb so it would not run out of fuel...... just some fuel for thought I would also consider bumping the main and dump tube up a bit...... mines somewhere in the .120-.125 range
