Dont think there are going to be many people who are goingto give out port specs to ya .I can tell you one thing CT promises a lot off stuff and 99.99% is bullshit they have consistanly fucked up my buddy's engine and they screw his porting up big time and then had the balls to say ohhh we removed the bride to give you the more expensive MX porting LOL thats bullshit they said the porting was for a powervalve engine DOH the jug was non powervalve .The exhaust was not even matched after the resleeve.Man CT SUCKS and Allen is a liar and a joke in the indrustry to words for you STAY AWAY.

I have Dan from Patroit racing building me a 4mm stroker I think that we are going with the blaster pistons and should make it 410cc I choose to go with the all out race fuel drinking monster cant wait I should have it back by mid Nov I dont have a local Dyno so I will probally go up to Banchetta's place and go where he sent his. I am hoping for high 80's in the HP range and in the 50 for torque Blue let me kow how yours turns out and try to get some #s on he HP mine will be running the following mods. 4mm stroker hot rod crank welded and trued blaster pistons = 410cc timing plate advanced to 5+ 28mm kehein flatsides smooth bored to 30mm head shaved and rechambered by Dan for race fuel and piston fit Race port by Dan Patroit racing K@n filter airbox cover removed Procircuit pipes or Toomy t5 depends on trade

? why did you take the top end apart it does not look bad at all. Did u do a comp test and dicide to do top end ???? The black stuff is just paint like everyone has said no worries at all. I was just asking because after 4 years off riding it if it aint broken dont fix it

PEP definitly have PEP rebuild it they are great I think Its 300 to have it rebuilt new spring and revalved

Looks like I will not have my bike together until atleast Nov 15th so the only weekend I may be able to ride is sunday nov 22 I hope for a nice day and I will give my she its first and last ride on new engine. I spoke to Dan and dicided to go with full race engine running race fuel. I figure why hold back and one more thing it looks like its going to be a 4mm 410cc engine now :twisted: I am not complaining she is going to fly. We are getting the first snow flakes off the season today so I may not be able to take the she out it may end up being the sled .Jason I was with Todd yesterday and we are almost finished hooking up the NOS system he wanted me to tell ya :twisted: He wants the trike I am hoping to get it dialed in this week he switched swingarm back to old one to get the extra inch LOL we are hoping to hit the 100 hp mark with the new setup but we need to take a few baby steps first before we go for that we will try a 10hp bump then work up to the 30 hp. We are not very experenced in NOS so it will probally blow up hahahah if anyone out there can offer advice on NOS please dont hold back

Distilled water is the key 2 it has no impurities that cause scalling and sediments to build up in the lines or radiator. With wetter water it does lower temps . I have a interesting test if you are all inclined to prove distilled water has no impurities.Because distilled water will not boil like normal water to preve this get a cup off regular water put it in hte microwave until it boils .Then try the same thing with Distilled water it will not boil but , be extremly careful it can get super heated and if you add any impurities it will instantly boil ex a cube off sugar a spoon anything will cause it to boil instantly and may splash you with scolding water just thought I would share a interesting fact

b370 there are a like 5 pits and lots off trails to run if you want we stay mostly in the pit. Jason found a mx track near there but its a pay ride area. I am hoping I get my ride back together for one last trip up to Dayton going to be BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr cold though . I just hope the sand dosent start freezing when that happens its hard to go up some hills the lips are to solid and messes up your ride .The jeeps we went with to find that new pit 2 off them broke one blew the gears out off his new locker 9 inch ford he didnt adjust the lash properly . The other snapped a driveshaft nasty stuff we were so close to . I am going there next Sunday and I will make it one way or another . There are go around trails to avoid Nasty stuff but these guys love the hard shit They tell me its a jeep thing LOL

I am heading to a jeep trail this sunday and a guy I go with told me there is a gigantic pit there that ai would love all sand with hills so tall that he was going up them in 4th pinned and could not make it .WOOOOOOWWWWWWEEEEEEEE I hope it is a good a place as he is saying .I am always on the lookout for bigger ad better things .I will get some pictures tommorow for sure if we go .its up off off rt 101a somewhere I go sleding some times up in that area so it will be nice to know where this is for the sleds 2 love hills summer or winter I have my 4mm crank U am just waiting on the top end as soon as Dan is done I can put it back together and maybe get a ride in before year end

LOL jason your back online it was worse then a piston last week . I tore it apart adn noticed the crank was missing some off the needle bearings on the rod That pretty much has ended my season this year . I have dicided to turn it into a 4mm stroker engine and repaint everything frame up restoration . I spoke to Dan from patrioit racing and he will be correcting port timing for the stroker. It should be dam fast next year and looking just as sweet . . looks like it will be a 391cc engine 8) looks like next year I will be the top dog again :twisted:I am hoping to borrow my buddies preditor for one last run up there this year
