WORD!! Brooke, I couldn't have said it any better. Props to you. Y'all gotta hell of a thread going here, but there's two things that should be considered before discussing politics or religion. 1) Views are very diverse and extremely polarized. Guaranteed to start an argument which you will NEVER win because: 2) It is the zenith of hypocrisy to foist your views and beliefs upon another. What they believe is what they believe. Do you really think that preacher at the pulpit or the politician in front of the microphone is trying to tell you something you don't want to hear? No. Why? Because manipulation of the masses is how they make their living. Votes, donations to the church, etc. I understand all of your arguments, because you believe very strongly in your convictions. And I commend you for that. But personal attacks on anothers character and/or beliefs is, in my opinion, the very antithesis of Gods word. Love all, even if you think it is evil. Because it is the "bad" things in life that remind us what true beauty is. jmho

Ah, a fellow home brewer. We brew mostly dark beers, with lots of alkyholl... really grab ya by the booboo. Look forward to sharin' a couple with yas. VERY sweet ride ya got there , what all ya got done to her? I ain't got no pics of my ride yet, it's just a pile of f***ing parts right now. But I'll post some when I get her done, if I ever do motor's at A&S, frame's at the powder coaters, waitin on some other parts... nothin like waiting till the last minute. Right on! I work in Berthoud and live in Drake up the Big Thompson canyon. I know what ya mean about VDR, the tracks more for 2 wheelers and the riders out there don't seem to care for us 4 wheelers too much. The land owners and damn tree huggers are doing their best to shut down most of the riding areas, but there's still some places to go if ya know where to look. Where in Utah you goin? Keep in touch... we can have some brews at Mexi fest.

OK, so I really want to order some extended a-arms and swinger from them. I've heard a lot of good things about their products here on the HQ and their prices are reasonable. Want to get this shee back together so I can get out and enjoy the nice weather...if it ever gets here. I've been trying to reach them for almost a week now. Left messages, sent emails.... Maybe I'm just too impatient? Anybody know of a better way? Do they hang out here at all? Please help. Thanks!

It's a good time. We have a potluck that everyone contributes something to, mexican food as you probably guessed. Also have a bunch of blenders going for making margaritas Anyhow it's a ways away, but I'll stay in touch and let ya know where we'll be camping at, etc.

Not sure how I missed this thread must be too much beer. It would be freakin neat if they opened up the great dunes, but I agree with you, they prolly never will. I've been going to Walden since I was about 5 years old, and it seems like the rumor of it getting shut down has been floating around forever. It actually was shut down once that I can remember, late 70s or early 80s Not sure how often ya go, but a bunch of us are planning to hit Mexi-fest, two weeks after Memorial Day.

Used to spend a lot of time up there in Red Feather when I was a kid. Wait, hell I'll always be a kid , I mean when I was younger. Bring your quad and look me up if ya wanna do some ridin and/or beer drinkin, I've got a place up on Storm Mountain... all kinds of trails up here. Yeah, you're right about the spark arrestor thing, but I say they gotta catch me b4 they can ticket me.

boonman, thanx for the info I'll give it a try. A little extra smoke doesn't bother me, but with fuel prices these days I hope it doesn't hurt the mileage ...then again that's the price we pay for performance, eh?

tate, I live just a few miles north of ya in Loveland. Me and some of my buds are headin up there on July 9th, gonna stay for a week, maybe two. Lemme know if ya want to hook up with us. YES! it's definately worth the drive. Makes Walden look like a freakin' sand box. I know it's alot of time and money but trust me, it's some of the best sand riding you're gonna find! jmho

Looks like this thread got a little of topic, but yeah I've got a rear-end for that year vette. It's been in storage in my garage for about 5+ years now, but from what I remember it's complete with center section, trailing arms, discs, half-shafts, etc. Gearing is 4.11 posi. Was supposed to go under my '29 Model A street rod, but that project is on eternal hold... Prolly just give it to ya minus shipping to clear some space, or if ya got some extra shee parts?

Yeah, been working on my private pilots license. Gotta Maule M-7 we tool around in, lots a fun. This was supposed to be my new hobby, 'till I got bit by the shee bug again for the third time. Can't decide what to do with my life.

I recommend a Super Chips with a Edge chip on the fuel rail Works great on my 99 250 with 5in exhaust Pulls like mad and still get 20+mpg
