hello i was emailing around to see who had some jets for my quad,its not runing right now but i wanted to order some so when i do get the kinks worked out of my bike i can ride as soon as possible. i emailed dyno jet and this is the reply i got Sir, If they are not the stock carbs on the ATV we will not have any jets for you. I can not remember what size carbs were on that quad from the factory. oh and for my jetting the allitude here is 5413 feet just looked it up higher than i thought it was.

where i live is around 500 feet higher in elevation and i dont think he had a chance to jet.he just got it out of the shop then he went to jail and needed money for bills and laywers so he turned around and sold it quick and if i can get it running right all be happy and concider it a good deal for 2500 dollars with extra set of front drag shocks i think there marvin shaw and a full set of new paddle tires and rims front and back,plus he delivered it to me from 130 miles away.and there are more parts i still need to pick up.are there any ruff estimates on what jets i should be running.ive never jetted a carb but if i have some directions and some help from my dad i can usally get the job done. i think i saw some info on jetting here on this site is it pretty much the same directions on my 34mm miunki carbs as the stock carbs? thanks for all the help

i just checked and the black box behind the radiator above the left pipe is still plugged in.so just unplug it?what is the black box? and should i just cut the two tors conectors and tape them up and do the same to the black box plug? once again thanks for all the help and suggestions. i dont know what jets are in there. i havent ran the bike long enough to foul a plug. the ones that came with the bike were dirty and when i put the new plug in and it fired first kick i assumed the old ones were fouled but its doing it with new spark plugs now.

yeah that was one of the things on my check list when i was looking for a banshee to buy is that it ran on pump gas.the owner told me it would and when it is running it seems to run fine but then again i didnt even come close to unleashing all the power ther banshee had to offer. im not sure i could hear knocking and pining on a 2stroke?when i check the compression how much should the banshee have?at what compression do i need to run race gas? thanks for the help

i pulled the plugs and put the spark plug near the frame to see if i had spark and i didnt see any spark when kicking the bike over.i havent tryed to pull start it since then. heres some pics of the wires sorry if you cant really see them that well

no i dont think it overheated there was coolant spraying out of the small hole it burned in the hose but i shut it down as soon as i saw it and had the bike towed back to my house.the elevation is around 5000 feet or so.i dont have the tools to check compression but ill ask around and see if any of my buddys have a tester,i saw one at walmart are they any good the cheap ones?im running the highest octane at the chevron staion 91or 93 i think?im running klotz r-50 premix at 40 to1 oh and when i said 5 minutes didnt even get half that time im just used to saying five minutes as a short period of time lol but i warmed the bike up longer than i rode it and there was no coolant leak when i took of. thanks for the reply

hello, this is my first thread here so be gentle oh what the hell terat me like dirt any way i just bought a banshee, hold the applause but it would not start by kicking it over so we pulled started itand it fired up. went out and tryed to kickstart it again and nothing.i then pulled the spark plugs and they appeared to be fouled.i put some fresh plugs in the next day and bam fired first kick.so i go to start it this weekend since the wheather was decent and nothing again. pulled started and fired right up.i take it for the first ride it dies in under 5minutes.kicked it 2 times nothing wait 1 minute while im trying not to freak out kick it bam fires right up. i drove it another 5minutes does it again but doesnt totaly dies just boged down and then ran fine.i go to stop and adjust my helmet and put on a bandana over my neck, and the banshee will not shut off i try the switch and nothing.so now im really pissed off i pop the clutch to kill the motor. and as a bonus i see the toomeys have burned a hole in the raditor hose.and green shit is spraying everywhere. i get it back and inspect the quad and found these 2 wires just hanging there what are they and where do they go? any ideas?it doesnt have a parking brake, and i think it doesnt have the tors because thered aftermarket carbs i could be wrong.also pulled the plugs today and i could not get spark the motor is fresh just rebuilt here a link to the auction it was in and all the things it has done. thanks for any help or advise you can give me. my banshee

the gforce axles are out of stock right now but they told be the first of march is when the new shipment will come in it. also comes with a locking axle nut.

is that a big dent on the lower right pipe or just coloring?

i don't know about the hair test but save your money on those drinks they sell at the head shop and such,there hit and miss plus cost alot of money,take multi packs of vitamins and there's a tea they sell at our local smiths called detox tea.its with the earl gray and regular teas same price to.Buddy's have passed coal mining u.a.'s using this method.hair testing cost alto of money and atleast around here are rarely done.just remember to take atleast 2 pisses before giving a sample. never ever give your morning urine. just start drinking the detox tea everyday and take some multi pack vitamins you should be any way.and a lot of water everyday if they give you any guff about your urine being to much water. tell them you drink 8 glasses of water a day just like you're doctor told you to and if you take the multi pack vitamins you're pee will be bright yellow or orange.they sometime will not take samples if the urine has no color.or if you have balls and a friend who doesn't use and will give you some of his urine in vising bottles or if you look in cannabis culture they sell a fake penis with a heating pad and everything. keeps urine body temp for hours and hours and they look very real.and remember there are a lot of false positives when drug testing. there are alot of over the counter meds that can show up on a drug test as something else.drugs are everywhere. in everyone one of your pockets there are tractable amount of cocaine.over 80to 90% of paper money have tractable amounts of cocaine on them. it sucks pot the least harmful drug stays in your system longer than any other.my friend had a theory you're body likes pot it trys to hang on to it. anything else it trys to get rid of alcohol you pass 1 beer per hour coke or heroin 3-5 days your body gets rid of it as fast as it can.your body trys to keep pot in your system as long as it can, it likes it. but pot lasts 2 weeks to a month and Ive seen as much as 9 months for a everyday smoker to get clean urine.also remember just because you pass the first one doesn't mean your in the clear.there's random drug tests and if you get hurt on the job. if you know your not going to pass the piss test do not take the test no matter what.id rather fail a piss test because i refused and leave doubt then to take the drug test and remove all doubt of my innocence.
