This is from the toomey website Q. What are the benefits / downside of chrome plating? A. Chrome Plating helps your pipes look great! Chrome Plating has a high resistance to corrosion and improves the overall looks of your machine. Although not a perfect solution, it can turn yellow or blue with heat. If your engine is running properly with our pipes, the headpipes will turn blue after long periods of sustained full throttle operation, it is a purely a function of temperature. Regarding bluing: All chrome plating will turn blue when exposed to sufficient heat. Anybody who tells you any different is crazy. It is inherent in the material. We have heard stories of some customers who have friends with another brand of pipes whose chrome never blues. I believe them. The difference here is temperature. We are the only pipe company that supplies you with the "Perfect Jetting Kit" that provides your Banshee with the exact carburation required by this combination. You can be assured of maximum performance because your Banshee will be jetted accurately, and therefore produce the optimum operating temperatures to make maximum horsepower (heat is power). The competing systems do not. Their temperatures are lower and therefore are not producing the best power, or heat, thus no bluing. That's why. If you don't want them to blue, then run your bike richer. If you want to blow in enough raw fuel to extinguish the combustion temperatures enough to lower the power output so as to not blue the pipes you will have success. (Why would you buy the highest power racing pipes available if you don't want to use all the power? Why else do you ride a Banshee?) We believe the power is the primary goal and the relative beauty of the chrome is strictly secondary. Bluing is not covered under warranty. If you have any further questions, or you need some help, please call our Technical Service Staff (805)-239-8870, or eMail to [email protected] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

the mak 90s are really nice guns, Modern Avtomat Kalashnikov.if you want a real ak-47 there gonna cost you they stoped making them in 1959,.there have been many improvements over the years and dozens of versions of the first ak-47.i love my mak 90, cheap ammo and its just an overall nice gun to own, operate and maintain.fully auto would not be something id want on a ak,i can pull the trigger alot faster than i can accurately aim the gun.but its a good felling to unload a full clip . id imagine getting a class 2 license would be hard to obtain in the post sept 11 era. illegal possession of a machine gun, It is a crime, punishable by life imprisonment, to possess a machine gun except as provided by law. See G.L. c. 269, section 10. The law, c. 140, section 131, prohibits the issuance of a license to possess or to carry a machine gun to anyone other than certain firearms instructors or a "bona fide collector of firearms." Section 131 also requires the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety (commissioner) "to establish criteria for persons who shall be classified as bona fide collectors of firearms." they have places in las vegas were you can shoot full automatics.check out a gun show in your area.they have them here in utah all the time.you can checkout and if you ask hold just about any gun you can think of.plus its really easy to buy guns from a gun show.

when i tore apart my engine these pistons were in it.i was wondering if these pistons were originally made for something besides the banshee but they made them work with my banshee. under the arrow that points to the exhaust it has these markings 15603-1 030f000068 wsm co 68.5 are these forged or cast? also ive been trying to find forged 69mm pistons and ive had no luck finding anyone who makes them for a banshee. ive talked to james at passion he said i could use some Kawasaki JS440 Jet Ski pistons but reed windows needed to be cut into the intake side of the piston and i dont want to cut anything and take the chance of making the piston weaker by modding it. should i settle for cast pistons or keep looking for some forged pistons? thank you for any help you can give me.

Dish network v/s Direct TV v/s Cable
BURKE_DADDY replied to RNBRAD's topic in General Banshee Discussion
ive had both i liked the direct tv alittle better but there both pretty much the same direct tv was easyer to install the dish. dish network has 2 sattilites you have to get lined up but i guess if you have a legit subscribeson they will hook up the dish for you. the only reason i switched from direct tv to dish is they swaped out all the old hu cards and noone has hacked the p4 or p5 cards yet. dish is the only hack working right now but its on the way out. now dish is swapping all the old cards for the new yellow or the cardless sytems now.they have already switched all the porno channels out on dish to the new cards. the only differnce i noticed was direct tv had the sunday package for all the football games and dish network doesnt . the porno is better on dish network more channels and they get dirtyer than direct tv. no holds or holes barred on dish network if i was going to go legit i would choose dish network ,when we priced them both out awhile ago dish was cheaper.man i hope another hack is coming, ive got way too spoiled on free pay perviews and all the channels free.but i guess ill have fun till the ship goes down. -
i just got a archos av120 its got a 20 gig hard drive and a screen to watch movies on.some lady sells them on ebay for around 200 250 youi can record from your tv right on the hard drive and watch later.also can be used as a portable hard drive it has a usb2 port to hook up to your computer.i was going to get a ipod but i though why not have a portable mp3 player that also plays movies and records movies plus what ever other data i want to save from my computer.they also have a 40gig version.im also going to be using it with the helmet cam i just ordered.

i like the sig sauer great guns . pistols are great for home protection short easy to manuver with out a long barrel getting in the way.i would by a 22 pistol first i have a browning buck mark pistol and i love it.get a good feel on the 22 pistol then move on from there.22 are cheap and lots of fun.when you do get a bigger gun for home protection get some magsafe or similar type of prefragmented bulletts.better take down power and you dont have to worry about your shots going through walls hitting innocennt people.the magsafes are alot lighter than regular slugs and are packed with little bbs that spread upopn impact making a larger wound.they cost quite a bit more than hollow points but thats one area ill spend more money on in a heart beat.i didnt like the glock i want a real saftey i can engage.i had to pull the trigger to hard maybe with some trigger mods id like it more, thats why i like double action pistols you can cock the hammer for a lighter trigger pull.if you want a smaller gun to pack around i have a stainless walters ppk in .380 nice gun and i like the saftey design on the gun every gun should be setup that way and its the gun james bond packs around .but for sure buy a 22 pistol first and learn the basics.and check around the indoor gun ranges alot of them will rent guns for you to try out. one more thing to think about do you have a wife or girlfriend living with you?if so make sure to get a gun she can use incase your not there not many girls i know can shot a 44mag nor would i use anything that big at home or get her own hand gun like a 32 ladysmith made just for the girls.make sure she knows how to operate the gun also.
