Who's gonna be there I'll be there with 2 shee's 1 yellow and 1 red and grey. I'll be at the hill around 2:00 on saturday with a red rzr, grn rzr and red ranger and maybe a black shee. :biggrin: with plenty of :beer:

I forgot it also has a NOSS head with 21cc domes and T5's

My 01' shee is running like crap. First off its .40 over with wisecos, v force 3's, +4 timing K&N pods, 320 mains, 27.5 pilots, 157 left and 159 right comp checked yesterday. This is waht it does it starts runs fine let it warm up take off feels fine then i feel a slight bog then its fine then it just shuts down. When it shuts down it doesnt lock up or anything it just coasts to a stop it doesnt lock the rear wheels up. I Have to let it sit for a few minutes then it will fire right up again. Checked plugs light tan color and switched cdi box and coil with sons 04 shee with same results. I have completely taken the crbs down and cleaned thouroughly and i have checked the reeds theye look fine but theye are on the 2nd season. By the way im in Riverside CA and 95% of riding is done in Glamis so elevation is about 800'. i have no clue and the tranny oil is clean and full. Anybody have any clues? :mad:

Im thinking of getting a NOSS head with 20cc domes. How much of an increase should i realistically feel. 01 Shee, T5's, K&N No lid, Wiseco Pistons slighlty bored out...

I would go with the 9 or 8 paddle skat tracs i ride in Glamis a lot and i find the more wheelspin the faster you go. Molded edge paddles are for 4 strokes just get the straight edge and youll be zinging up the hills.

Look on the NOSS web site I think there is a chart for rough calculations...

Go back to the dealer and trade it for a 'Shee...

I'm considering the Elka dune shocks for my Shee but I would like to know do you like them and would you recommend them I hit the dunes (Big G) and my stockers are done.

Just get rid of them they look stupid anyways...

Not to concerned about the smell because everyone usually has sand in their face but Yamalube 32:1 and VP 100 great combo.

The sand stars are a good tire but I wouldnt recommend for a Shee try some sand skateII's or skat traks I also have seen turbos at Glamis a few weeks ago and the owner had nuthin but good things about them and he was a former skat trak user I do run the front sand stars though great turning tire

I've seen them and I'm planning on getting one they look cool and seem like they will protect your chest real good. I need one a CR250 cut across me the other day at the drags and i ended with a good size rock in my chest 5th WFO it hurt real good

Why get rid of it thats the fun of a Banshee a 2 stroke cus 1's not enough and 4's too many

Try soem Sand Skate II's or Sand Stars I have both real good for recreation and climbing. A straight edge will climb better though.

Dirt wheels is so biased the Yamaha 450 will win any and every shootout I've ridden them before and I think that there designed for midgets. Another thing that issue with the bomb and shee shootout at Glamis come on get real a shee on the sand without paddles what do you expect the 2 STROKE to do. Lame shootout I'm surprised they didnt proclaim the 450 the winner

I was running 13/40 with sand skate II paddles lots of hookup not enough speed and i weigh only 170 lbs so i just slapped on the 14 tooth waht do you guys think.

Definately get a good used one especially here in Cali with the red sticker crap. I got an '01 slightly modded and it runs great all receipts included.

Havnt been since December hows the sand I'm planning on next weekend and a couple of trips in February....

I raced a bomb last weekend with my shee same mods as you he got me off the line but i reeled him in at the end.
