sure head is tight and seated correctly ? are al l cylinder bolts tighten,sealed and compression test doen to be sure the topend has good compression . flywheel key is not sheared . clutch is good and adjusted correctly . plugs have good strong spark i neach side /carbs are sealed and jetted aprox for mods . coolant isnt leaking into the cylinder spark plugs are new and fuel is fresh premium stuff , air is getting into the carbs unobstructed reeds are not frayed or cracked or installed incorrectly . fuel lines are clear and engine is getting plenty of fuel .pistons are in correct way and rings are in correct as well
