good luck in not burning the clutch out. with mine, i had to put the stiffest ones i could fine in otherwise it would burn it out in a wk. just my $.02
u should talk to rocketboy on here, he did one hell of a job on my cyls. $250 altogether to do both of 'em. it maybe more for a full drag(mine was a dune/mx port) also, have ur flywheel lighten, itll let ur motor spin faster
ive done that before, only difference was that i did it by using the wrong type of puller(used a hymonike[sp] balance puller) and pulled the outside off the center adn ripped the stator in to just like the way urs looks. :shoothead: at leasts it didnt come apart ina million pieces and hurt someone
hes lying to u there, they quit making J-Arms in 88 (i believe) i wouldnt pay $1000 for it. the frame looks tweak in the back, i think ure buddy's trying to fuck ya
what exactly is the difference btwn them? ive got a hot rods crank (stock stroke) and i was alos wanting to know it i can get the longer rod and have them installed on it
the head looked fine(running cool head so the head itself was alright :shoothead: )the dome was ALITTLE scared but nothing majorly bad. just a little nick from teh ring breaking off
i would replace that piece of cheap fuck anyways. that was the 1st thing i did when i got mine. also, make sure u get as much air out of the line as possible. just like in a car, if an airpocket gets caught, itll overheat quicker then shit
just lucky. stranger things have been know to happen. if u have a cylmer (sp) service manual, u should go ahead and check the float levels. its just a thought
