  1. I'm there no doubt.
  2. Like 've said before, polishing those cylinders with a dremmel is like mowing your lawn with scissors. In other words, don't try it with a dremmel.
  3. Cascade Innovations for your polished cylinders. They have some of the best polishing work I've seen, next to mine.
  4. Well sheesh Travis, give us the scoop? What size did you get? You polishing them yourself? Don't do your final polishing tell Jeff's done porting them.
  5. No it's not normal. Mine fit perfectly. I didn't have any issue's with frame clearance at all. I try and get some pics up probably tomorrow sometime. Only issue's I've had with the pipes is hard getting the expansion chambers mounted to E-ports. Slight leak of unburned pre-mix at the can mid-pipe junction. I just used some silicone to seal that off.
  6. I have a browning a-bolt as well (varmint). It's killed several paper targets and 1 sparrow at 300 yds. Just great guns!!
  7. Absolutely!!! You will have to check the minimum grain bullet you can use per state regulations and go from there. My brother in-law uses his 22-250 every year and leaves his 300mag under the bed. He uses some pretty hot hand loads and drops them in their tracks every time. Pretty crazy gun and actually does more internal damage than my 300mag I use. The big gun will just pass right through them without good expansion if you don't get a good shot. The 22-250 just explodes.
  8. If your gonna give a woman anything, it has to be stroked with a long rod. That's where you messed up. lol
  9. That's why when I built my house I put our bedroom at the opposite end from the garage and insulated all interior walls.
  10. You guys will have to try my Bradeco pistons.
  11. No, just have to take off clutch cover and pull shaft through.
  12. Take a turn in the mud and you will have one major unbalanced tire.
  13. That's what I was wondering. Is it a spindle or a cover? get some close ups.
  14. post some pics!!
  15. That's cause you run Trinity pipes. You don't have the ping sound radiating from the expansion chambers like other pipes made with thin steel. I immediatly noticed that when I changed pipes. They are quiet up front but loud in the back.
  16. They are hard to get on because you have 2 large o-ring to press over the exhaust port. Use some grease on the rings and exhaust port. Once you get the expansion chamber lip over the exhaust port you will have to continue to twist the chambers back and forth while putting a lot of force pushing them on. A price you have to pay for a good seal.
  17. There's a tab at the back right used for the airbox. Use a wire ring and secure them there.
  18. E-ton 90 all the way. Maybe Jeff will chime in here with some pics of his sons. Man it's an awesome little quad.
  19. Cascade Cascade will custom make any style of vinyl lightcover you want. Also the rubber tral tech covers can be purchased just about anywhere. RMATV is where I got mine.
  20. Good question, cause that guy in 1st should be the arcade champion, whoever he is.
  21. I say mid 50's because of the mx-trail port. Exhaust port heights will be lower to retain low to mid power with that porting style. That set-up would not be tuned to your pipes as well as dune to drag port. That will cost you quite a bit of hp, exactly how much, I dunno.
  22. Either way I would go a 4mil stroker for the low-end advantage over a stock stroke. It's a little more money but definitly worth it. If you want the best for both low and top end, then I'd look at a 421 cheetah with powervalves. Costly but depends how important the low-end power is to you.
  23. I had the same problem, mine was stuck inbetween 1st and 2nd. Found out it was the screw that holds the shift star in place had backed out a few turns and was catching on the end fork of the shift shaft. When I pushed the gear lever down it would stay stuck down and in 1st. When I pulled it up it would stay stuck up in 2nd and no ability to put it in another gear. Cost me a trip to LS which I was highly pissed about. ::
  24. Look where they stop the reading. The cpi's will continue to make horsepower over 10k, they just chose not to show that. This is also on a stock motor.
