First and foremost we must know if you did a leak down check on your motor after the rebuild? If not, this should always be done. Also did you add any other engine mods with this build besides the timing key?

That's a problem when company's get too big for the owner to oversee every transaction. They have to hire uneducated minimum wage help. You get as much help as they are worth, which is pretty much nothing. Sad but true, that's why a lot of builders are just a one man show. Cause you can't flippin trust these meatheads to get an order right when they can't even get all the dirt swept off the floors. Sorry about your luck, but when I deal with Janssen I always ask for Joel.

The pro-design is like 29 to 34 depending where you buy. You could tap your stock plate and put a flat head allen screw with a copper washer for probably a mere 50 cents.

Good pipe choice. Now you will see what other pipe makers should be doing with their pipes. No more rivets, mid-pipe clamps, and cheesy single o-ring seals over exhaust port.

Yea little leary, but really when has Sony ever not stood behind their products? I just had my 1st generation ps2 bite the dust last month. I thought that was pretty good.

Looks like 2 versions, one with a 20g hard drive for 499 and one with the 60g for 599. Seems kind of high but realisticly with the blu-ray player, not too bad since those alone are a grand. The 360 with the external hd-dvd player and the 20g hd will be around 600. External hd-dvd player will retail for 199. So actually the comparable PS3 will be a 100 dollars cheaper. Thing is people can opt not to buy the hd-dvd of the 360 but not the blu-ray of the Sony. I just hate the idea of an external drive on the 360 though. I have the 360 but my money is on the PS3 as the new flagship gaming console for the next few years. I'll probably be waiting in line and hopefully the price will keep some of the gaming nerds out of my way. :biggrin:

Not sure which head company, but someone makes a banshee head with the fin design milled into the top head plate. To me would be much better than glueing those freakin sewer drain covers to your head.

Yep, some oils will lubricate better at 80:1 than others can at any ratio.

Good point, and the faster water circulates the faster it dissipates heat. Higher output motors require a higher cfm flow of coolant. It also helps to increase the volume and cooling area such with a larger radiator.
