Just got done picking up my engine form Jeff @ FAST Racing yesterday. Everything was just the way wanted it and there were several items that were even cheaper that I had hoped. He was eager to help with any info or questions I needed answered. He took very good care of me and was well worth the wait. I will DEFINATLY be contacting him with any future needs . Oh and if it runs half as great as it looks, it will surely be FAST Thanks JEFF RIPPEN

Friday around noon I left Colorado to head out to KS to get my engine from Jeff at F.A.S.T Racing. I had talked to (Tyler)Loco a few weeks ago and he had said to stop and meet up since I was gonna be so close. Sounded like a great Idea so I stopped by his place saturday before heading to Jeffs. Tyler showed me his toys and let me ride the "craptor". That thing was like and I couldn't get over how clean it was. Guy does awsome work. Checked out the swingarms he is starting to build and they looked awsome as well. After that we BSed for a bit and check out some vid. It was cool to meet up and I had a damn good time. Thanks Tyler After that I headed over to Jeffs shop. He was just finishing up the engine when I got there and it was cool because it gave us a little bit to talk. Damn nice guy and I learned allot from talkin with him. He was really thorough with any questions I had and he was great to deal with. Wished we could have had more time to BS but the guy is definatly way busy! Just wanted to thank both of you guys for you time and knowledge. Looking forward to meeting up and riding sometime Excitement on the way home: After leaving Jeffs we headed back for home. We were about 6-8 miles out from Salina Ks when my dad and I got behinde a drunk driver. After seeing him almost run off the side of the road a couple times(clear to the grass at 80mph) we called the HP. Dispatch said there was a trooper a couple miles up so we continued to follow this guy. His speeds ranged from 60- over 100 and was all over the road the whole time. I stayed between 60(as to not get to close) and up to 80 to keep the guy in sight. We finaly passed the cop and I flashed the lights to help get his attention. The cop then came flyin up around us and got behind the guy. Followed for about 20-30seconds and almost got hit himeself. He then hit the lights and the guy began to slow for a second like he was gonna pull over but then he took off. We figured it last about 10-15 miles at speeds 75- over 100 and it ended with what looked to be a nasty crash. Side swiped a car and then there was also a truck that looked totaled. Not sure all of what had happened since they were all going much faster than we were and we didn't see the end. Curious to know what ended up happening so if any of you are from around there and heard what happend(hope no one was seriously hurt), please let me know. One things for sure... It was crazy to see.. Damn I was close to going to that fight. Tix were allota cash Franklin is bay far my forvorite fighter. The first fight I saw him in was like three years ago and I remember thinking it was funny that he looked like Jim Carey. Then the fight started and he showed so much more skill than most fighters. Guy is one badass. Who do you think can currently hang with him? The crow would have been my answere a week ago.... I do realize Penn was losing steam but it just seems like they award more points for takedown than damage. I kinda think it should be the otherway around but oh well, still a pretty decent fight. However Iam not sure GSP will have much chance with Hughes. I think that guy is another one who is gonna be champ for a while. I cant think of anyone else pound for pound as strong as him. Plus his striking has gotten better so he is gettin to be much more rounded.. Definatly looking forward to that fight Oh and welcome to the HQ RIPPEN

Thats what I was thinking... Penn did start to slow down a bit but the damage he put on him should have counted more than St Pierre take down... I was kinda pissed but oh well. Franklin kicked ass and thats all I was lookin for. Its crazy how he was still throwing left after he broke that hand early in the second. Takes one crazy SOB to fight through that shit. Another thing that was crazy was the face of the crow after that fight... Franklin looked winded and a little sore but the crow had the bird shit knocked outta him. Who really has a good chance with Franklin....? Thing I like about him most besides being a bad ass fighter is the guy is classy and professional. Always has good post fight interviews. RIPPEN

Yeah, I just think that Arlovski fight will be quick cuz he is a badass. Plus when I saw Sylvia fight to get to move onto this fight he didn't to good/strong. Gargamel, I agree with all that. The only thing that I think has been giving Sanchez a little edge is he intesity and takedown. Guy comes out on fire and just goes for it. It will just take a decent fightter to defend on that and I think we will see that guy get a beat down. Who you think is gonna take the main event? RIPPEN
