  1. Well I'm not on the juice, but I guess I will have to take it easy on the shee.
  2. I just finished putting in the Heli-Coil and they worked great. Thanks for all your help.
  3. There is about half of the threads left. Tomorrow I will try to find some longer bolts. I might just get the Heli-Coil just in case that doesn't work out. Thanks
  4. Do you know what type of places carry the Time Sert. That looks like the way I want to go.
  5. I was putting my reeds and intakes on when I turned one of the bolts and it clicked. I pulled the bolt out and it had striped the threads out of the hole. Whats the best way to fix?
  6. Does this look right?
  7. I know how I'm going to do that. But I am talking about the vent hoses. Like what hose goes on what end and threw what hole.
  8. Does anyone have a picture of their 28mm Keihin Carbs? I took the fuel lines off and I dont remember which ones go where. Any help would be great.
  9. How far are they going down?
  10. Carbs are sold (Pending Payment)

  15. Can you send me a pic? Its hard to see how much I want to spend without seeing what kind of condition they are in. Either post them or send them to [email protected]. I have to tell you that the carbs have the idle kit in them because I have a twist throttle. But it can easily be pluged. If you would like me to do it I will.
  16. what are you asking for the nerfs. I also have some parts off of an 04 shee that I would trade.(stock head, Stock carbs w/ or w/out tors, stock reeds, Stock Pistons) Also can you send me some pics.
  17. My shee does the same thing. I thought it was piston slap or knocking but I just had the motor rebuilt so I knew it couldn't be that. But I talked to a few people and its a normal sound that comes from the crank on the clutch side. Its nothing to worry about unless it gets worse.
  18. SWEET!! I got my V-Force 3's a few weeks ago but I haven't gotten them on yet due to my motor not being back from the machin shop. This is what I wanted to hear. Congrats
  19. This is what I use: Mix Oil: Klotz Supertechniplate 40:1 Trans Oil: Bel-Ray 80w Gear Oil Coolant: Cyclelogic Engine Ice Plugs: NGK BR8ES Chain Lube: Maxima Synthetic Chain Guard Crystal Clear (Don't Buy This. Dirt and sand sticks to it and cakes everything.) Soap to wash : Just car wash soap But other people use Simple Green with good results. Filter Cleaner: K&N filter cleaner and oil. Hope this helps!!!
  20. Hell yeah you should intall them. Check you domes so that you know what compression you are going to have. Dont want to bend or break anything. Other than that Ride it like you stole it.
  21. I run the Wiesco Prolight pistons and seem to like them. Many other people run the same. I believe it took me about 35-40 minutes. That is if you know what your doing. Its fairly simple.
  22. What elevation are you at?
  23. I love my twist throttle and I will never go back to the thumb. I just didn't like having a sore thumb after 15 minutes of riding. People don't like the twist throttle because when they go over the woops they can't hold the throttle still and they give it gas and almost lose control. But say good bye to your sore thumb.
