I guess tag are quite popular. I have a set of Tag X5 bars. Banshee bend, and I really like the way they look, and feel.

I had mine painted andn now they are powdercoated. Either way is find. Although painting is cheaper, it does take many coats to ensure coverage on the inner part of the rings. Paint won't chip, if you take your time with it. It's a difference of about $50 and some of your time. You make the choice.

I remember on here a long ass time ago, someone had posted pics of the process of taking the shift star out. I wasn't able to find it when I searched, so maybe one of you guys has it saved on your computer. Also, do I take the clutch basket out whole with that center bolt, or is there another way? Does anybody besides Cascade Innovations make rear fender brackets? Or are they my only choice?

Are there any other options out there, I believe that the ricky stator switch is ONLY on/off and will not control the lights.
