use paint stripper to take off the paint, then theres like a round/disk-looking wire brush/wheel thing that goes on the dremmel, you'll need about 10 of these things to do the clutch cover, after you have thoughrouly done the cover with the dremmel hit it with 1000 grain sand paper, 2000 grain, and then mothers mag and aluminum polish. it should come out pretty blingin

I have a set of FMF gold series fatties with powercore silencers, These look brand new and have only been used on sand, headers/expansion chambers are chrome, stingers are chrome, and the silencers are aluminum and could be polished to look SICK. Pictures of the headers are in my sig. I know a guy who did his whole frame with automotive paint. You should probably sand down/blast them, then get a can of whatever you want from the local auto parts store and then clear coat it

whatever your problem is I bet it's cool as phuck to see piston shooting out of your exhaust but definitely do what the above guys said...check the crank...check the piston slap....look for a lip on the ports

a blaster is almost like a banshee in that it really doesn't mattter what year they are its basicly the same thing from the first to the last years. As long as it runs good I wouldn't worry about the year..... unless your selling it to somebody who doesn't know this fact and actually cares about the year

if you want the torque you should invest your money on other things like flywheel weights and a trail porting job. the cubs are made to get lots of fuel and haul lots off ass, kinda like the whole are cubs trail friendly but whatever floats your boat

I just put some CPI's on my banshee and Holy shit, it improved 110%. definitley get the cpi's

get some stock front shocks off of a yfz 450 witha little modifiction they fir and help the suspension a ton, most cost effective way to bump up the front end suspension wise
