Eat healthy, not neccessarily diet, but cut out fats and sweets. Protein builds muscles. Lifting weights is good, just get some freeweights. Alternate days between different parts of your body ie one day do arms and abs, next day do legs. Running till you get tired helps a ton, but dont do it till you puke. Push yourself, but dont overload the weights. If you lift more than you can reasonably handle, it wont build muscle, it just damages tissue. Find a max and go 10 lbs under it. And for each set drop it five pounds. I do this daily for football and trust me, it is an unbeleivable difference. In the offseason i feel like a slob, but during it, i am a beast. I have a big build, but can outrun skrawny kids easily.

Haha some guy came into the shop to replace the entire transmission, then came back two weeks later to get another BRAND NEW friggin tranny cause it was doin the same thing. Ended up sellin the car for the price of one of the trannies. I would say if you were dead set on these two, get the 90. The 347 will need to be rebuilt soon, the ride angle is too severe because of the bigger crank. It wears the rings and just doesnt cooperate with the rest of the motor...the block needs to be ground in several areas the fit the rods. The 90 sounds way better But other than that, a pickup would be great, or even a sedan, cause the cops wont even take a look at your car.

They upped it, what, 26cc? Those things suck for dragging, give them any power worthy to beat a banshee and they will be unridable. They're too high centered to ride hard. I hate em. And by the time the aftermarket comes out with stuff for it to make it fast enough, a new quad will be out thats better than it. Don't get me wrong, i have no idea how the new ones are, but judging from past raptors and the given info, its still gonna suck.

For jumps and handling a 250r or z400, but since you got the price range get a yfz450. Havent ridden one for too long but they are fast and light.

Anyone?

Bolt ons will only add so much, porting will do wonders. But if thats what you wanna do, a noss head with smaller domes (minimum of 21cc for pump, but a 50/50 mix will be safe up to 19cc), a free flow filter, 28mm carbs, and reeds will start you off. What are your friends riding? If you wanna be first, a nice port job will work.

You have to go through all this crap with downloading a converter to make the videos mp4's, then plug the psp in with a usb cable. Get to the folder where it will say psp, but dont click it, make a new folder named "MP_ROOT". Go into that folder and make a new one called 100MNV01, then go into that. After you have converted the movie files, you can click and drag them into that folder. The destination should be "F:/MP_ROOT/100MNV01" EDIT: found full detailed instructions and a converter download. Converter and Instructions

4 is fine but you have dual 35's on stock cylinders? That will definitely take away the throttle response and smooth idle on an unported motor. 28's will do ya good for a while, until you start modifying the internals.
-
The heavier flywheel is for a smoother running engine compared to the featherweight stocker, which can be radical. The stock banshee flywheel is heavy enough that removing some weight can be done without side effects. And yes it allows the engine to rev faster and gives better throttle response. The timing adds everywhere, it just ignites the mixture sooner to maximize the efficiency of each stroke.

I have an aluminum engine skid plate that I will trade for a Grabbar in good condition, preferably billet/aluminum. I have pics if interested. PM me to make a deal.

I hope you plan on changing those 13/41 gears. If you got a +6 im guessing it's a drag bike. Go taller. 120 link chain should be long enough but ive never tried.
-
If your around someone else with the same game you can hit multiplayer, and then the Ad Hoc option, and you can play them. I have no idea how the wifi works.

help on crotch rocket situation

Katana is a street version of the racier gsx-r. Things like a smoother powerband, higher bars, and a more upright riding position are used to give it a more comfortable feel for the road. A gixxer can be scary for a beginner. And as for the drag race thing, you will get beat by the race inspired versions, and outright smoked by litrebikes. It is by no means a slow bike, it could easily beat your banshee, but the cbr's, zx6's, gsx-r's and r-6's are designed to go fast. Bottom line, it is plenty powerful for you, and you'd be better off with the katana than a gixxer, especially if you plan on half hour rides and longer. Edit: How much is the dealer sellin it for? -
Twisted Metal and untold legends are good. its a kickass system. GTA and Midnight club 3 should be out soon, they both look good. I use mine mostly for vids and pics, because the games are $50 and a small selection now.

Got some questions for the people who know their swingarms. I basically understand that a roundhouse carrier eliminates the shitty chain adjustment, but what is the total difference mechanically from a stock carrier?
-
8.5cc domes?? Damn, is that even possible? What kinda compression do you have? Maybe I'm just a moron not knowing his drag motors, but damn. Trex's will get her to rev over 10k. Stock is definitely in the high 8-low 9000 range.
-
Checking out some -2" swingarms and found this one on ebay. Someone with a little swingarm experience, is this a solid swingarm with a decent carrier? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...&category=43974

Anyone have any experience with the shift pro? Do you prefer it over the shift star mod? Does it make neutral easier to find like the shift star? Thanks for the help.

Yea I'm never going there again. It was all because my dad disagreed (and was wrong) about the diagnosis. There was a new guy there (either that or a damn incompetent mechanic) and I'm gonna try to pin some screwup on him to lower the price. Final total is $2453. No tax if I pay cash. I'm gonna try to dick them over on something, bolt torque, or jetting, or tell them the pipe was no way cracked before i sent it in.

Like i said I wasnt planning on anyone doing any work for me, cause thats a wide open kick in the balls. Just kinda snowballed into a rebuild...the only thing I ASKED him to do was port it. CPI's are for the track I usually run at has a load of straights with tons of grip. And $590 is for the pipes and install and fitment and crap, still a rip.
