yeah while your buying the new bolt buy some new bearings too. but wait untill you get the old one out first. might as well put in the zirk fitting while its off. take a 5/8 rod about a foot long and put that in there and have a brave soul hold it there while you hit it with a sledge. should come right out if your doing it right. no matter how bent it is, its hollow. though im not talking from experience so thats just my .02

spray some paint stripper on there and wipe it down with a scotch bright pad if your shorts on $$ other wise take his advise with sand blasting

no i was on probation in mass, so in new hampshire, i didnt have it registerd and was driving on private property with out there consent. on top of that. if they found .02 blood alcohol level in my blood i will loose my license, see jail time (prolly 6 months to a year) and have to pay more money than i acually have. thing is. im not a criminal, i was just riding my bike anf fell off and almost got killed. they should arrest the dick head who wouldnt let me leave. yeah and when the pig came over to day to give me my fines he told me i was lucky he didnt arrest me. i was like "yeah" "good thing" i dont know, ill prolly be absent a little while. the law, ha. who gives them the right? the only person that got hurt was me. and i almost got killed. what ys do? kill'em.

just got out of the ER. doin about 25, hit a rock, it hit the rear skid plate, sent me about 20ft. on pavement. of course i wasnt wearing a helmet and got about 10 staples in my head. my ribs are f*ct. i can barly breath in. got some CT's and they said nothing was broken. this weekend i was saving my money, then this happens. one CT scan $850. perscription vikoden $50 a total fee from the hosptal $1500. learning how important it is to wear a helmet, Priceless. they also cut all my close up so i had to wear chicks clothes on the way out because sister forgot to bring me clothes and to top it off the guy right next to me was having seasures(SP?). when he started going nuts i thouight i was gonna puke but i really couldnt because my ribs hurt so much. it really wasnt that bad, im sure tommorrow i will be hurting a lot. my bike got impounded for not being registerd. so thats another 70, plus the fines im gonna get. i have a chest protector and a million pairs of helmets. they will prolly see alot of use in the future. beers perks and vikoden for the next week. doctors orders

BTW your cuticals on your hands look good, LOL. you need to get some good oils and fatty acids in your diet. i bet your get nasty hangnails(as i known theye were called, little bity of skin peel off and sting like a bastard) ill post a picture of mine. i have been take flax oil and olive oil for about 3 weeks and mine are almost fully recoverd. no more hangnails and no more bleeding.
