I use an air compressor, stick the nossle underneath the grip inflate it to put it on and let off. Been doing it for years, never had to spend a dime.

Well, I ran into a problem on my axel swap. I always knew my axel was a little bent on the right rear because of an accident, but I didn't know it bent the hub (shoulda assumed). Anyways replaced the axel with a durablue eliminator axel and went to put the stock hubs on, the left went on fine, the right wouldnt go. So looks like I tack this up as another un-expected banshee expense. Let's see what ya got I have spent too much damn money the past few months someone cut me a deal as long as it's straight!

Pro-Design timing plate or a simple key will do the job. I don't know much about the key's because I have the Pro Design plate.
