You hit a key point there. I've eaten at Mexican resaurants the last few nights and those places are great the waiters may not speak very good english but they'll repeat what they said until I understand them. They are always waiting on you if your glass gets almost empty they are re-filling it, if your plate is empty they remove it. I always judge the tip by the refill factor, when a waitress walks by my empty glass without filling it down goes the tip. Those immigrants work hard and treat you like a customer not like your a pain in the ass, alot of people could learn alot from watching them. That said I can't stand illegals but if you've got the legal paper work, your welcome in my book.
