My carbon tech low tension (low) were for bottom end. I think that you can pick if you want low or high tension for top or bottom end. Did you drive it since you changed it?

You dont realize how fucking fast those crown vics are untill you have one chaseing you. I heard they can go 130. And the cop did say that he could have killed me very easily.

On tuesday I was lifting and did this new exercise where you use a lat pull down machine, stand up and do push downs, but You use alot of weight and swing/cheat. I HATE CHEATING in my exercises b/c its dangerous. I was using about 140 pounds. The next day wed (yesterday) I had no pain, nothing out of the ordinary. I went last night and did 5 miles in 60 minutes on an eliptical machine set at 11 resistance. My sholder started to burn a little like usual. Now this morning I wake up with alot of paine in my left sholder. It hurts in the front and part of the side. I can lift my arm over my head front and side ways BUT IT HURTS BAD . If I dont put pressure on it i.e. just have it on a counter it does not hurt. What does it sound like I did to it????? Thanks

Alba is claiming 60 rear wheel with a pipe, jet kit, then they give you a basic port job and mill the head. Should I buy a banshee from them and then let them do the basic port? They will sell you a new banshee with a pipe for 6000.00

Hey I ride trails mostly and rr tracks. But I do ride those crazy hills up in hazelton. I dont need Bottom end. Should I get the rockets? Did you ever get burnt?

Hey guys I am building another quad. I ride this one trail that has alot of rocks. I constantly hit them in like 3,4,5th gear. What is the most protection I can get. Kepp in mind I also Climb those insane coal hills. I know armadillo makes a thick swigarm guard. ShouldmI also get a-arm guards? Thanks

I live in PA and ride the pocanos and hazelton. I am looking to build A quad for trails and those MASSIVE coal hills. Maybe a banshee? Who else rides in these areas?

Hey Use silkoene 100% ester synstheic mixed at 32:1. Use a baby bottle to measure. As for coolant use cycle logics engin ice. But flush your system out first. You open the 10mm not on each side of the clinder to drain.

WOW I sold my 2001 with stuff done to it for 2500.00 with 5 bottles of silkoene and a gas can and it had low hours on it never rebuilt
