On tuesday I was lifting and did this new exercise where you use a lat pull down machine, stand up and do push downs, but You use alot of weight and swing/cheat. I HATE CHEATING in my exercises b/c its dangerous. I was using about 140 pounds. The next day wed (yesterday) I had no pain, nothing out of the ordinary. I went last night and did 5 miles in 60 minutes on an eliptical machine set at 11 resistance. My sholder started to burn a little like usual. Now this morning I wake up with alot of paine in my left sholder. It hurts in the front and part of the side. I can lift my arm over my head front and side ways BUT IT HURTS BAD . If I dont put pressure on it i.e. just have it on a counter it does not hurt. What does it sound like I did to it????? Thanks
