  1. she rides, from what i gather, not as much anymore due to college. Would that be a mustache ride?????
  2. That's called wealth redistribution. And that Independent would be a Libertarian. With veiws of a 10% tax rate for everyone. No personal income tax at all. No friggin' IRS tearing you a new one every year. And definitely no US in the UN. Wouldn't that be sweet.
  3. good price on AVgas, it's 3.10 here. It runs good in mine
  4. Welcome to BHQ Looking forward to some pics of the new chick....
  5. Hello, and welcome to the BHQ. You'll find this site rocks.... Oh, and we'll be expecting a pic of you posted soon.....
  6. You can put a Holley 850 on it, and it still won't have the top end of dual 33s,34s, or 35s. It is the manifold itself that is restricting the air flow at the upper revs. That is why the Graydon Proline 2-1 intake has a slight top end advantage over the Trinity set up. It has slightly more plenum volume. Since you are running a larger cc engine you might get away with modifying the Trinity with a spacer block at he mounting pad and then opening up the runners on the inside of the manifold for an increase in top end air flow. You just lose the factory air box, if that matters on your bike.
  7. Good idea. I would say actual homeowners would be a good starting place for qualified voters, you know, the ones our Uncle doesn't pay for.
  8. Damn CEJ, you beat me to the surface plate suggestion , I was in the process of responding when you posted that, not trying to repeat what you said dude....
  9. You never said what type of gaskets you were using when you are going through them so fast. Are they all factory type head gaskets ? Or are they aftermarket composition type gaskets? I have heard several people complain about the Cometic composition head gaskets and how they won't hold up. I just found out that is what is wrong with my bike. It was pissing coolant out of the overflow tube also. Motor wouln't even be at operating temp. I'm getting ready to regroup and go back to a factory type head gasket. You might try getting your head cut just enuff to true the sealing suface, that is if you want to keep the same compression. Prolly somewhere around .005 - .010 should do it. Also, make sure that all of the old gasket material is cleaned off your jugs. Pull all your studs and lap the top of the cylinders on a suface plate( or a thick piece of glass) with a piece of crocus cloth on it. When you know all of that is good, and it's time to button it back up, use Copper Coat(some people use aluminum spray paint) on both sides of the head gasket. Use anti-sieze compound on the threads of the studs and the nuts. Torque it down in two increments, and you should be ok.
  10. Somebody's not skipping Sunday school class..Right on
  11. Man that is a sweet flag above that tool box.....
  12. We don't need any more sh*t like either one of these bastards is cookin'. What America needs now is a "statesman" with a spine and a good knowledge of our Constitution, cause neither one of these f^%ks seems to know a damn thing about it. Yeah, we have got a lot to lose if that weinie washing Kerry gets elected. Him and his cronies are just dieing to take your 2nd amendment from you. Bush has already mentioned taking your 1st from you. Not to mention this farce called "Homeland Security". And I could give a flying f%^k what other "countries" think about America. Maybe it saddens them to see a great country fall apart like this one has. It sure as hell does me. I need to stop while I'm still in a decent mood, because if I get in to the immigration issues that we face now I'm sure to ruin the rest of my day. I just wish a strong Libertarian would step up to the plate and wipe this mess up........ Oh yeah, the next time you hear some Liberal slime ball talking about the need for gun control, you just remind him that he had better get a gun, because he's gonna need one to take yours. 13. What he said, yeah, what he said.....
  14. Hey, I got a pop rivet gun and I know how to use it...... Preciate it guys, I'll try to hit the Yammerhaul shop up for it then. Just thought someone might have one in the way or something.
  15. BTTT
  16. This is a dream come true, a one stop shop for all my hobbies. Now I won't have to surf all over the other toy sights to get what I am looking for. I can just come to the Bansheehq/Paintgun/Guntrader/WTF elseyougot.com to get hooked up. Try the Gunsnetwork,AK.47.net or something else. SDD, people put what is on their bike in the signatures for a resaon, to help others on the board . People with similar set ups comunicate with each other when they have problems . That's what this board is all about.
  17. When truing the crank we use a crank fixture to spin the crank in while using a dial indicator to check for radial and axial runout of the outer flywheels. We shoot for .oo1 or less runout, that equates to less than .ooo5 total(that is 5/10,000 of an in.). The rod side clearance is also set . CEJ is right about the weld, only about a 3/8 in. bead is used on both sides of the crank pins. This will keep the crank flywheels in time (true) and keep them from seperating under high load conditions, like high compression, radical portwork, nitrous..etc. I have a trued and welded crank I can sell you, or I can do your crank.
  18. Oh, I almost forgot, we don't need scripture to tell us dinos existed. I thought everybody knew that. They told me so, cause I'm running "Fossil Fuel" in my Shee. Yuck, yuck yuck.........
  19. Wow, some deep shtuff here. I can't beleive no one has quoted scripture yet, or did I miss that. Well here's one for ya: "It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in man." Can I get an Amen brothers. That is from Psalms 118, verse 8. That comes from the exact middle of the bible. The center of Gods word and that would be the center of Gods will. This, I take to heart every day I live. Since everyone here seems to know the difference between good and evil then we can all live our lives exactly like we think is best for us. Mine is going just fine with the LORD in it. Holyman, you sound like you are on the right path dude.
  20. Yeah, I think your in over your head , you should just get back to basics. A basic spelling course first. Then a basic reading course. Then a basic how to open a book to read it course. Then a basic understanding what I 'm reading course (Fundamentals of the English Language) which , by the way you have completely destroyed so far. After that a basic typing course to tell everyone what you want to say, if you can think that long. So you are gonna be awhile catching up with the others, no time for recreational activities, you won't need that Banshee any longer. Why worry with the POS anyway. That is what you should seriously do:[. Wow, you spelled seriously right? 4312, you make the same mistakes a lot of young guys make, you don't learn the basics of what you are doing before diving in too deep. I see it all the time. You need to learn how to keep a stock shee running before you go to modifying it. They are hard enuff to keep in tune without throwing port work and other mods in to the mix. Learn the basics of carb tuning by reading , then test the theory one step at a time. You'll pick it up eventually, and have your bike running sweet. Sceereeussliy.....
  21. The R pads seem to last a lot longer than the cheesy ass stock pads.
  22. 4312, you back on the corn again
  23. But he thinks they're real..........
