  1. I say Chuck Liddell will be the winner in this one. He has better stand up and won't let it go to the ground. I won't be seeing this one though, just ain't got the dough. So if anyone tapes it send me a copy
  2. take a stab at putting it in the right section This is the reviews section not the for sale section people looking to buy stuff look there
  3. I have never rode with the film style but had a friend that did and he hated it and said it smeared and did not clear well. I race with tear off's and they work extremely well. Don't ever use them on the trail only cause I'm cheep and always in the lead
  4. much agree with your friend tear offs are better IMO
  5. pm Nyuk he had some for sell and is great to deal with
  6. I second that, lets see some update or finished pics
  7. the 2 in 1 carb set up is great for trail riders and rec duners. If you want pure speed then twin carbs is the way to go. But if you trail or race 2n1 rock
  8. I do sometimes when I'm up in the mountains picking Huckleberries. But only to scare off a grizzly if one comes around (grizzlies get pissed off when your in their berry patches) and sometimes when we are riding out to go shoot or hunt. and yes I hunted with the shee I agree there are some crazy people around KY, that's why I live on the west coast, much nicer people
  9. Well did a search and just found 1 topic (real old) on this and it was asking about them but no reply, so I'll start it Just bought one, looks like this but different colors being last years model It is real comfortable, real good padding with plastic sewn into it and foam. It is basicly a chest-spine-elbow-pads with a built in kidney belt. It is a little heavy but not to bad. I will be a little hot in the summer but so is most pads. Overall I like it but would not spend the 175 msrp. I got it new on ebay for 50. I'd say worth 100ish if you race and need good pads. It has lots of adjustments to fit it just right on. Only complaint I have is it don't fit tall people (I'm 6'5") real well, but not much does. Wish the big and tall store sold race gear It goes under the jersey and is all mesh so should vent well when moving.
  10. and you need to say what type of riding you do
  11. title should read how to make a banshee worthless put a crappy motor in it Harley's suck ass!!!!!!! Thats why all the custom builders use other motors
  12. get your works redone the buzz with the yfz shocks is a cheep mod if you can't afford aftermarket ones.
  13. it makes no sence, You'd think they'd want you to sell it with proof of ownership? but then again maybe that is why they don't allow frames w/ titles?? Who knows
  14. I also took off that bottom plug as well but I covered it with pantie hoes to keep the crap from going up, but will let the water out.
  15. thats some funny shit there. Good find, I watched a couple and LMAO Mate
  16. I'd stay away from the 2n1 pipe, it's good for trail and that it (kills top end a lot). The FMF Gnarley's and the pt mids are way better. As far as gearing like above, stay higher- I liked 15 - 41 my self. I would suggest the 2n1 carb though. It will kill some top but none you'll miss on a mx track. But will gain low. If you were going sand top end then stay away from them IMO Other then that get good suspension and a steering stabilizer. That will get your lap times up better then more engine mods. You'll be able to fly faster through the bumpy stuff. I thought a clean and polish just took off casting and didn't open up ports?? Could be wrong though If that is the case then a Gorr low-mid port or another mx type from your builder of choice would be a good thing too.
  17. the t-6 are nicer but you asked about the low end boots. If your going up to the 240 ish range go try on the Alpinestar Vector's. I liked them better then the t-6 and you can get them on ebay for around 220 new. I only got the t-4 because I got a close out deal of 99 for them, else the vectors would of been my choice
  18. asking a dumb question like this, I would say you need not own a ATV do a search- Banshee vs there plenty other posts asking the same thing
  19. looks a lot better, and went shooting through the trees you can see your front tires better to keep them from getting hung up. and did I mention it looks 1000% better
  20. Does no good to pin at top look at the pinned topic "Is this the last year for the shee" and still dumbass people post it over and over. These topics are as gay as "my brother can beat up your brother" Doesn't matter what bike you ride, if you suck as a rider then your gonna loose. Go to your local races and you will see stupid people on sweet 450 getting it handed to them by 400ex's.
  21. use the search at the top type in banshee vs and you can read the other 100 of these same stupid question it's asked almost weekly
  22. NOSS I hate everything about Trinity. They got to big and lost their service and quality IMO.
  23. either way I just hope it is a good game. I hate blow out superbowls, much rather see a close game
  24. I have Tech 4's also and like them very much. The vectors are better IMO but a little more. Gaerne SG1 has a boot around $230 that I like better then the tech 4 but out of all the boots I have worn I like the vectors the best for ATV, nice and flexible. But for the price range tech 4's are the best, I have no complaints
