Get rid of them it give you a few extra horsepower. Just playin, but it does get reid of some weight and makes tunning easier too. also gets rid of a bunch of clutter and cables to add for a cleaner look. Just my opinion. Take it for what its worth.

Was just wondering how to wet sand? I am getting to my final sanding coat on my crank case. My guess would be to use some water and really fine sand paper. But how much water. Anybody have any hints?

I know there are alot of other brands out there. I just thought alot of the high end elkas and pep and them were for track racing / trail riding. Dont most of them have like zero preload? And if they do, thats not what you want out in the dunes, is it?

I got beat up a hill a few times by one. I dont know if it was stock or what, never stoped and talked to him. He had to be only like 150 maybe 160 compared to my 240 #s. Came real close to beating him though. I think he was piped for shure but what else I'm not shure.

.160 is just fine in the sand. Juat make shure if there is any rocks that you avoid them. Ie. hard pack vallies between sets of dunes. If you are a lighter guy and do no jumping and strictly sand get the blue labels.

When you get the pipes they come with the "perfect jet kit" from toomey. Try out the bigger main they give you and you should be fine unless the bike has alot of other mods.
