Finally got my custom battery box dialed in. Details: precision laser cut/cnc formed/TIG welded from .125" 5052 aluminum powdercoated to your choice sized to fit the battery dimensions you specify (length x width x height) mounts to the air box tabs. allows the use of my coolant relocator bracket so you can keep the coolant res. in the stock position. has a slot in the front so you can hold down the battery with a set screw of your choice. has a hole in the bottom so you can push the battery back out with your finger. has drain holes at the bottom edges. $100 shipped for the box alone (to your specs, your choice of powder color) $120 shipped for the box AND coolant res bracket (again, to your specs and choice of powder color) Paypal: [email protected] Here are some pics of the first box that I did, which fits the battery shown Weight is just under 1 lb Mounted with coolant res bracket. Screw he ball joins all the way in, then turn out about 2 full revolutions. On all 4. That should get you close on adjustment. Just mock it all up man, you'll figure it out in no time.

Trying to get my bike all set up for trails. Just throwing this out there. Id like to try some SST's OR if you have some spark arrested silencers I would buy them. I just hate dealing with the sparkies. My CPIs are not perfect, but they make great power. Front hangers have been welded, some dings etc.. They mount in the center, between the rails on rear subframe. -JD

Yes, the holes are exaclty the same as stock pegs. Stock nerfs and aftermarket nerfs that utilize those holes will work!!! Sold one set of steel and one set of Aluminum so far.... Looking forward to hear some feedback on them. I have the steel pegs on my girls shee, and they are very solid

You can add a 3rd color on top of the aqua fuse, that shoudnt be a problem and it has been done.. Sky is the limit on base-colors. The aqua-fuse process is actually in an automotive body shop, so all sorts of custom colors can be matched. Banshee plastics are about the extent of our size capacity at the moment.
