Got the sprocket side designed. It should be very simple and cost effective. Rotor side is another story, this is a big pain in the ass to be honest! Ill keep u guys updated.

Alright everybody, finally got my foot peg design completed and installed. They are stock position, BUT 3" wide with triple grip rows. The middle "gripper" is also a pass-thru gusset which provides superior strength. You will be able to use your factory foot-holds with these if you want as well. I chose to ditch them on this install. Check out the page on my Website: JDS Customs Steel Foot Pegs I currently have them manufactured from mild steel, with your choice of powder-coat color. (This first set was just a quick paint so please do not pay much attention to the paint details) Color options: Gloss Black Matte Black Textured Black White Red Metallic Silver Blue Every seam is MIG welded, I chose this option over TIG for cost savings. An aluminum version will be available VERY SOON. Please stay tuned!! I will provide (1) extended bolt that needs to be used on the brake side because of the spacer. Otherwise, factory bolts are used for installation. (again, trying to save you $$) The peg is made from only 3 pieces (4 pieces on the brake side if you count the spacer) The "core" of the peg is cut on a tube-laser using 3" x 1.5" x 1/8" wall tubing. VERY strong keeping the core of this peg as one piece! The middle "gripper/gusset" is laser cut from 1/8" steel The Mounting plate is laser cut from 3/8" steel (still retains kicker stop feature which I like about stock pegs) Steel version of this peg with your choice of color is only $100 shipped in the USA!
