What size u running now? I ran a 13 tooth in the front when I went to the dunes and it has so much low end and take off...I loved it!!

I am looking at putting a set of Vito pistons in my shee. I was looking at there web site and noticed the had several different kinds. There is the VITO'S FORGED POWER, which is suppose to add +6 LOW TO MID HORSEPOWER TO YOUR ENGINE, then there is the VITO'S FORGED SUPERSTOCK, which is suppose to add ADDS +8 HORSEPOWER TO YOUR ENGINE, then there is the VITO'S CAST POWER which is suppose have the SAME LOW TO MID +6 HORSEPOWER AS THE FORGED VERSION. Of these that I listed, or maybe one that I didnt list that is good, whcih do yall think is the best and do they really add the HP they claim? Thanks Travis

I had the woods port, by Eric Gorr, done to my motor and got it back last week. I thought while I was at it I would just buy a Wiesco pistone kit and replace the piston, rings, and wrist bearings. So I put it all back together and everything went in very smoothly. I broke the motor in properly and was very cautious when breaking it in not to over do it. I got it jetted right, by doing a plug chop test and thought I finally had it finsihed. We then headed off to Little Sahara for the weekend. It ran GREAT. So I decided to have it put on the dyno while I was there to double cheak my jetting. It said I was just a little rich on my mains but nothing to worry about. This was on Sunday morning... It ran great the rest of the day Sunday until about 5:00 it acted like it was starving for gas and died on me. I messed with that for a few min and got it started and it ran just as good as it did all day. I was going around a turn and it started to lug like it was starving for gas so I hammered it to try to get gas to it and my rear wheels locked up and it died. Upon trying to kick start it I found out the motor was locked up. So we came home today and tore it apart only to find that the wrist pin bearings on the right cylinder has came apart and went everywhere in my motor. I now have parts of wrist pins sticking out the top of my piston. It scored the side of the cylinder so bad it looks like it is going to need to be re-sleved. When I pulled the other piston out I found that the caseing around the wrist pins was starting to fall apart too and it would have only been a matter of time before it went too. I bought the wiesco set off Ebay. The went in smooth, I didnt have to force anything in. I wanted to know if it was a bad set of wrist pins or what that caused them to do this? Im so sad just when I thought shee was finished it is even a bigger mess than I had. Sorry this post is so long. Thanks Travis

I noticed that my chain is worn out. I have a 2000 Shee. What I was wondering is what size and how many links is stock? I think it says 520 on the chain. Does that sound right? Thanks Travis

So what kind of gas should I use to break in the engine?

I am bout to change the oil in my shee after a winter rebulid with a port job and new piston and rings. I am currently using Castoral 5W-50 I think. I had a friend who has a shee tell me thats what he used. I havent noticed anything wrong with it. I just wanted to see what yall used and find out if I should be using something different. Ok I was thinking. Now I know what kind of gas to run based on my compression....but is it not true that with brand new piston and rings it is not gonna have very good compression untill the ring are seated in? If this is true what kind of gas should I run in it to seat the rings? If I need to get some gas from the airport I need to know ASAP becuase the airport isnt open on Saturdays and I need to get some gas to run it on tomorrow night. Thanks Travis

I talked to David at Noss Machine and he said I would have to run AV fuel....so I dont know.

Ive got a 2000 Shee considering all the things I have listed in my Sig. what ratio do you think I should mix pump gas and av gas? I talked to David at Noss Machine and he said I would have to run AV gas. Its 104 octane. I should mix it right? I know the guy at the airport said it has a little lead in it, but I have heard it wont affect a 2 stroke. If I should mix it at what ratio should it be done? I dont know if it matters but I am at 1000 ft. Thanks Travis

I dont really know much about rims and tires. Which rims do you think would be best? blue label .125, red label .190, black label .160, ITP T-9 Pro Series? What width would be best for the front and the back? I am going to to with the sand stars. Thanks Travis

I havnt got my ported motor back to know how much HP im making. I think am looking for a good dune tire. I dont do much drag racing, just race a few friends here and there. I just mainly want a tire that will hook up good and doesnt shake the piss out of me wen I take off. Some one said that the sand stars dont hook up well on a Banshee. What do you think? I also noticed with my taller haulers it was hard to turn, so I think I am looking for a v-blade design paddle. So based on that what would you say would be best? Thanks Travis
