  2. These are the pics from Planet Sand. It now has custom painted fiberglass on front and rear; but doesn't have the bottle.

  5. This bike has brand new barn guys fiberglass withe badass painted graphics, air shifter, 8 plate hinson clutch. Set up for nitrous, but no bottle. Was a phillips racing bike. Best of everything. I'm gonna buy it to help my friend out if it doesn't sell. He lost his oil rig job. I believe it will run 3.6s. on motor. Sorry I don't have pics. I can probably get some for serious inquiries. He just bought it and ran 4.0s at 83 mph bogging it - he was scared of it his first time out after only have ridden a 4.2 4 mil. My 14 mil on a heavier less stable chassis will not run that if I bog it and it runs 3.7s on a clean pass.

  12. I have 2 engines with the rod sticking through the front of the case. I wasn't riding it either time...might have been overrevved, I don't know. I finally traded it (with motor #3) for a Banshee parts bike.

  14. RDZ's and Shearer's are very similar. I don't know that I've seen RDZ inframes before, but I'm sure you can get them. I love my RDZ OOFs.
  15. Yeah check out YFZcentral.com. The most important thing about that job is not over torqueing the cam journals. 7.2 ft*lbs. Don't try to guess with a torque wrench that starts at 10. Go ahead and retart the exhaust cam 1 tooth, it it is stock. I hate YFZs . I've had some serious bad luck with those engines.
  16. I think tuning alky is easier due to the powerjets, and the fact that it can be ran very rich and still perform. However, definitely research before running it, as mentioned. I'd guess a custom needle???!!! Get some indexed drill bits and see which bit fits the tube. Then mic it with calipers to see what size it is in inches. Generally 0.112'' to 0.124'' on alky.

  20. I thought that there were a scant few out there, just didn't really think anyone ever built them...don't know why ...seems like it would be a strong build..maybe the casting is hard to come by??? Maybe it doesn't fit a cc class well??
  21. What needles came with them? EGN is the typical alky needle. Not sure of stock i.d. but on alky they will be 0.112'' - 0.125'' usually.
