I was wanting to get some aftermarket handle bars but there is so much to choose from width, height, pull back, which one will be the best for more control. with riding dunes racing etc.

ok what we are looking at is something that hasnt been around that long. but does it distribute fuel evenly with the air it is sucking in.think about it.but we have 2 lungs and two holes to breath out of. but we only use one at a time. unless you use the in with the nose out with the mouth. if you were able to breath out of your mouth and nose together what would be the out come.MORE AIR.THINK ABOUT IT .

no it wasnt back firing at all just sounded like i was farting under water.

how do i know if my gas is bad. I had 32:1 mix with 91 octane in the gas tank for about a month being that i was working on it. didnt bother to drain it because i thought it woud still be good but when i went riding it sounded like i was farting under water when i pushed the throttle in all the way. could it be that the jets are clogged. someone let me know what i \need to do.

how do you know if your clutch is going out. is it that you just loose power all around. or you just have slipping.

is it hard to replace the clutch yourself

i was wanting to get a cv 2 into 1 carb system but i dont know whick carb to get the 33 or the 35 my mods are +4 timing, tr6 exhuast ,v force reeds. i plan to get a noss head with 19cc domes and wisco pistons.

the woodruff key is still in place.

i just recently took out my degree key and put the stock one back in and i just moded the stater plate to 4 degrees and i just went riding and everything was fine till it started bogging hard where i would rev it and it would gargle like under water then after a little bit it went away and now it revs to high and the power band doesnt kick in till 30 seconds after i press the gas. i took off the flywheel cover and turned my wheels and the flywheel didnt move , then i moved the flywheel to see if it moved to gears but all it does is spin without grabbing anything. i could still drive and switch gears but theres no power. can anyone tell me the problem or problems. its pissing me off.

thats just low gearing that doesnt mean it will hook, why not just gear it so it can accellarate....you wouldnt think geared that low you stop spinning till fourth trying to climb....you be better off letting a 15 stretch your gears a little and get some torque to the ground blue duece how does your hook up work compared to stock it says you have a 17/40 gearing

so i gues the way to take this is go big up front and small down back and then (i will rip my arms off climbing hills). thanks for the input i will now gear back up and try to climb the hill again

how good would a 13 front and 46 rear make to bottom end. will this mess up anything being that its such a dramitic changed right now i am at 14 front and 44 rear. holla back.

if you dont have the right size, the flywheel could rip it in half and could mess everything up. the woodruff key fits perfect in the slot wilth barely any spacing between it and the fly whee so when it spins it doesnt hit it hard and brake it.

you need to adjust the clearance between the pick-up coil and the flywheel from .015mm to .025mm using a feeler gauge.

woodruf key. last time i put my flywheel with my degree key in place perfect, and then the flywheel must of hit it just a tad when installed and took it riding and the flywheel ripped the degree key in half and all i heard was rattling and it didnt start. flywheel came loose and when i took it off the flywheel had a big chunk of degree key stuck in the slot of the flywheel. sucky deal i just put the stock key in and slid the flywheel slow and even and now it works just fine.
