If you turn the big bottom radiator hose around end for end it just fits better. the bends in the hose are better backwards and will give you better clearance for aftermarket pipes. I did it with my T-5s,seemed to fit pretty good!

when you advance the timing the sparks ignite sooner providing more time for the fuel mixture to burn completly,increases cylinder presure ,creating more power.However if it is advanced too much this will cause Detonation. this is when the mixture ignites before it is supposed to . to prevent this you have to run a higher octane fuel. Anyway, I also race harescrambles and the best tip I can give you is PRACTICE!!! Most races are 1-1/2to 2hours long,get some good practice and be consistant!! depending on the cource there may be some obstacles logs,small trees,whatever practice jumping or riding over them. One of the best feelings is passing a guy that is stuck on a log!!!

could be a broken gear "c"-clip may have came apart and spun through some gears you will never know untill you take it apart

Its been about ten years or so but Ive been to Moores wall,North Carolina Seneca rocks, West Virginia some place outside of DC I cant remember the name "gallatin tower" goin' up to Boseman MT "Dragonsback" goin' the other way out of Boseman schiestler(sp) peak 12,600' only got up about half way,though Its in the Wind River Range,part of the Northern Rockies Always wanted to go to Yosemite never been there yet. Im also using the Dominator oil from Amsoil 50:1 works great. The weedwacker seems to like it too!! I run that sucker wideopen to cut some of the shit growing around the house,no problems yet.

BUMP! Just a few more days

Well, when we were up there last year, it was a friday there was no one standing at the gate checking for anything. But on Saturday they were out in full force!!! I was up there with a new set of toomeys and no "sparkys" or hush kit. They wouldnt let me in But I will say they were very polite about it,I knew what I was getting into but I figured I would give it a shot If I were you, I would get some spark arresters and make sure you are not too loud!!! By the way that trip we took was in April of last year. From what I hear they are not to strick at that time of the year.Ive been to Silver Lakes a total of 15 times and never have been checked for decible level Or,If you have a pickup truck, just put the quad in the back, drive the pickup into the dunes, park on the beach, and ride

Dude!! you just put all that money into the Banshee,RACE THAT THING!!!!!!! I raced mine last year and all I had was diffrent tires and toomey pipes Ask anyone about toomey pipes in the woods,-----not the best choice------ The only thing that is gonna help you race in the woods is PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get out there and ride its a blast. I hear the same thing from all the guys I race with to.They tell me I NEED to get rid of the Banshee and get a Z-400 or a honda or whatever.I tell them NOPE!!!!!!! Sorry for rambleing on man but It seems I was in the same situation yer in so I figured Id try to give ya some support Practice,Race and WIN then go shuv it in there faces..... Timmy301

when you check the chain tension,have someone push down on the rear end, As your suspention compresses the chain will get tighter!!!! It would be best to have a little bit of slack in the chain when your rear suspention is compressed!!! Timmy301

I have the same problem with mine so I decided to see what caused the problem.There is a small wire clip that sits in the grooves that hold the choke out. that small piece of wire gets worn out. I just found out today I wonder if ya can get just that piece of wire or what ever its called. That Im sure would fix the problem. Timmy301

the best way to get a flywheel off is to get a puller for that flywheel.I bought one for my banshee I cant remember how much it was but I dont think is was all that bad price wise. If ya dont mind me asking where do ya live ? If yer anywhere near Chicago maybee I can help ya out Timmy301
