  1. This is a question that I had also. When I get my new engine what paddle do you guys recamend? I have never been in the sand so I don't know how a bike reacts. I am planning on trying other a 16/41 or 17/41 gearing and I will have a 15 with me just incase but I am told that I wont need it. In the sand I am going to get a +4 swimg, unless you guys recamend me not to But I will have to run stock just temperaraly. 2500 bucks on an engine makes for a low pocket book haha

  4. Is there a way to get the kick started to stop rattling? I rebuilt it and after about 2 or 3 rides it rattles again. wtf It drives me crazy!!!!!!

  6. In just about any business you don't make much money on parts/materials. You make your money in the labor. I know in my business it all depends on how you look at it. I pay 49 cents a foot for gutter and charge $2.50 a foot installed so I make a $2.01 a foot. You can look at it as I make 2 bucks a foot for labor or mark up on marerials. I know this has nothing to do with the ATV market but I have never met anyone in the ATV market that makes alot of money. If thats your dream to be selfemplyed check out the gutter companys and learn everything you can and try that. You have very little overhead it very easy just commen cents, and for every $300 that I spend I make a $1000. If you are good and dependable you will have the work the potintial to bring in a good $2000 a day nothing to bring in 8-10 grand a week but you do have to consider gas and insuance thats it.

  9. I have some parts that I am not going to need after Jim gets done with my engine. Set of stock carbs rubbler intakes Tors thumb throttle with cable boost bottle brand new reed spacer brand new twin K&N air filter with outerwares Everything in great shape
  10. Whats the bigest gear that I can run and still have a case saver?? I would hate to spend 2500 bucks on and engine then throw a chain and f*ck up my case. I am running a 41 on the back, whats the equivilent to 17/40 16/40
  11. Thanks Duece, you did answer my question. I was just asking an opinion, I understand that you can't tell my what I want but you can tell me what you like and how the engine will react. I just wanted a ball park because I didn't want to go out and buy a 14 when I can't use it. I do more recreational just all around riding nothing hard core. Like I saide before I only have about 2 months of experiance on any sports quad and a banshee is it. I am sure that I will be happy with any gear I put on. I basicly wanted a good all around gear that I can ride in the sand then trails. Thanks for all your guys help and I am sorry if I have been a pain in the ass.

  21. When I get my moter back do you think I will beat the new yzf 450 and the lt500 ? I am just having a hard time picturing the power because I have never been around a built banshee. The Biggest thing I have been around I think it a banshee with a cool head. Vforce reeds, advanced timing, pipes, and a Jet kit, thats it. So I can't imagine what its going to feel like. haha

Well my engine is getting shipped off tomorrow to Jim at Passion to get a total rebuild. 12 port jod, new pistons and rings, +4 stroker, high flow water impeller, noss head, bored, barnett clutch, 17 and a 16 tooth front sprocket. Damn I am exited as hell to get it back. I am already starting to loss sleep. I sure hope I will be happy with the power.
  23. I am jonsing like hell man, everytime I walk into the garage I see is and want to ride it. I made the crate for my engine so I can get it shipped off to Jim. I should have it back together by the end of Feb.
  24. Hey boonman, I pull a traiter all day every bad and I have a Powerstroke. How do I install an exust brake and where do I get such a thing? That would be handy as hell. Pm me if you can. Thanks
  25. I agree, I have driven a couple crapters and I do not like them at all. It felt uncomfertable, it keep wanting to tip over (very top heavy I thought). I have never been on the new 450 but it has to be better than a crapter. I am waiting for the new Honda to come out myself.
