Oh I think that Jim should by me new gear beings how it was his engine that broke my gears haha j/k Jim.

I broke a couple gears today so I tor into her and found out that its 2nd gear. Well I think its 2nd anyway. Well if its not one thing its another haha. I guess this is how you learn. I think I have taking this engine out down to an art, I can have a running engine out and on my bench in 30 minutes haha. God damn this shit sucks but its cheaper that a new engine and it could have always been worse I guess. I hope someone on here has a few gears for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just took her for a ride around the block and she ran better this time that the last time. Damn she is a screamer, I can't wait to get the other gears on it. She will be freaky, Oh wait shes already freaky.....

Nope the shop is on crack I think, It was a wire that had a short in it. The dealer told me that they charge 130 bucks to find out what was wrong with it and it took them 2 days. I went to pay for it and the basterds charged me 330 bucks not 130 like we agreed. What can I do about that??

I finaly got it running and able to take her for a spin. I pulled the choke and it started right up, first kick then it died. It did that several times till it got up a litte rpms to stay running and never did it again, now it starts first kick hot or cold. IT ACTUALY IDELS TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put the 16/39 gears on it and went putting about 1/4 throttle pumping it to 1/2 throttle for the first couple of miles. I couln't help it but I had to get on it just a little and let me tell you, this is one mean hore!! I do think that I need to change my gears a little, the gears I have a great for drag but not good for the trails I think I will try 14/39 or 15/39. Right at idel it hesitates just a little but clears up really fast, I think the carbs need adjusted just a little. I didn't drive it that much because its all wet and dirty out but soon as it clears up a little I will drive her alot more and I will keep you all informed.

Yeah I ordered a stator from akpopeye off HQ and I have a feeling that I might have gotten stiffed on the deal. I paid him on friday and it is now monday night and I have yet to hear from him and I sent his several emails. So I am having a hell of a time here. I am about ready to just give up......

whats the problem rick?.......no spark? Thats it man, no spark. I have a stator on the way though so I should be up and running mid week. I hope.

Got the engine in and it looks great. The only problem is, I have no spark so I am taking to the dealer so they can check my coil, stator, CDI and what ever else they need to check to see why I have no spark. I will keep you all informed. Just incase it is a stator, CDI or the coil. Does anyone have one laying around????????? It so PM me please!!!!!!!! thanks

yeah I shipped him the entire engine. Jim is a hell of a guy, I didn't even know that he balanced my flywheel until someone said something haha
