well this weekend i decided i would get the shee out and clean the carbs and re jet it. after i did that it was running better than it has ever ran before. so i put my paddles on and ran it out in the soy bean field behind our house had a blast doing it. then i put the holeshots back on and went out to our track. when i came back i hit our back yard and pulled a wheelie and in the process of doing that i hit a bump and i have a twist throttle so my hand slipped and held the machine wide open. as i was holding on for deal life i hit anther bump which threw me off the shee and sliding across the yard on my back. as i turned my head i seen my shee go sideways and roll about 4 feet in the air and land back down on the right front . luckily i didnt get hurt,just scraped up my leg and walked with a limp the rest of the day. but it bent my rt. a-arm, bent my works shock, bent my hadlebars, and blew the tire off the bead. i hope there wasnt any more damage done to it, because i really didnt look it over, i was soo mad i shoved its broke ass into the shed and left it there since.

me too, but i mix mine at 50:1 and havent had any problems

run it, it will be fine, you might want to mix alitle more straight gas with it though.

that is b/s. the higher the octane is the hotter it burns, but it also burns faster creating a lower combustion temp. that is why if you run higher compression you run higher octane, becaues lower combustion temps reduce the chances of spark knock.

any one go to any halloween parties? if so waht did you go as. i just put my riding gear on and went to a party like that. the party was sweet. the beer was flowing all night until the cops came . but once they left every one went back to the party to keep drinking. i had alot of fun

im also a mechanic, so all i have is snap-on and one craftsmen. i like snap on tools over other brands. i have used alot of brands and snap on seems to "feel" the best to work with.

i have had good luck with clamp on k&n's with prefilters.

good info same as what i was thinking. no choke tube on these carbs, and my intake cross over tube it ok. i will let you guys how it goes later

i have a 98 banshee with +4 timing, p/c pipes, race logic port, .030 milled head, 34 mm carbs, and more stuff i cant think of. the problem is about 3 weeks ago i was riding it and it was running fine. the i took a huge jump and cased it and bent foot pegs and handle bars. i let it sit for the 3 week and finally got the parts to fix it. when i went to ride it was missing on the right cyclinder only on the bottom end. one i hit the power band it ran fine. i changed the plugs, but didnt really try any thing else. i think it might be a carb problem. any suggestons. also what would a bad reed valve act like. any info my be helpful. it was also just recenty rebuild top end, a new accel coil, and new ricky stator

how much for the rad valves?

i went to siver this weekend (oct. 24), and it was the first time i went this year since i broke last year!!! also a first that it didnt break down up there!! anyway who all was there this weekend. i didnt see any duct tape 1/2 on the flags.

use yz 426 clutch springs. when my clutch first started slipping i used these and the worked for about 6 months until my clutch totally roached . then i bought racing clutch basket, and friction & steel plates. still using the yz springs. also the clutch lever will be alot stiffer after you put the springs in.

strawberry rush. so good. take tequila rose bottle 3/4 full. fill rest with quervo 1800. mix and drink form bottle. hits you like a tank!!
