jim do you mind if i print that out and have it duplicated for sunday i need something to fill where my yamaha was on the side of the tank -
the company i got it from makes there own head and they do not make domes for the big bores and they want a small fortune to make me a set because mine are the only domes they would be making at the moment but the cool thing about these heads is that each cylinder has its own head so if you need to only open up one cylinder you can leave the other one intact. not really sure who makes them you just put a bolt through the center of them in either of your stock peg mount holes they are a one bolt setup sothey drop your height and move the peg back.

Drags In The New York Area!
dragbanshee02 replied to dragbanshee02's topic in Riding and Events Forum
Yeah that wheeliebar would last about 30 seconds you have to run no rear suspension to run the bar like that and my quad would sink that little wheel 6 inches in the ground I will post pics of the one i just built if i can figure out how to run rear suspension you have to have it bolted directly to the swingarm. nothing else. -
Well the new schedule is up for the new york state atv drag racing association and anyone is interested just show up we normally run at fairs so there is usually a pretty big crowd so bring what ya got and lets see what it can do! The link to the site is atv special events

I got a stock head to and an aftermarket head also but they will not work because of the .80 over bore pistons that i have. I believe they are jetted at 160 mains but that is only for 300 feet any longer and i would go up on the mains. By the way that is equal to say like a 320 330 main in a mikuni.

Cool Head With 17cc Domes For?
dragbanshee02 replied to shellbyzfan33's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
well the rears are fasttrekkers and the fronts are stock. The rears are like brand new. -
I believe that you have to bore the old sleeve out and then you have to bore the cylinder itself to except the new sleeve it should be a tight fit as you do not want the sleeve to move it should be press fit. But I have never done this and this is what i have picked up from reeding posts and doing some research as i am planning to do this in the near future.

Everything is still for sale I can e-mail pics if anyone is interested or can someone explain to me on how to post pics. -
I have a set of .80 banshee pistons (these will fit in your stock cylinders you just have to have your cylinders bored) these are super stock pistons they give the motor a ported feel with out actually porting the cylinder these are great for classes where no porting is allowed. they are used for about 5 runs on a 300 foot drag in dirt no pitting or scuff marks like brand new can send pics if interested to learn omre about these piston visit vitos site.

Dude when my shee was 3 days old I was stomping a ds650 and it was my first 2 stroke. those quads are heavy. and as for the 450's whoever is riding them better be on top of there game to even think about running side by side with a shee.

The lid does not have any holes in it just the bottom of the lid is cut off except for where the filter mounts are. I just noticed the box itself is cracked where the coolant bottle moutns I'll take pics and email tham to you if interested teh crack is not major nothing a little permatex won't fix I highly doubt it will even leak the way it is. say 50 bucks shipped for the box and lid or make me an offer i can't refuse. -
I would have to say that if it is bored to the max and you got it that hot i would have the cylinders walls checked they maybe warped and the wrings may have lost there temper do a compression test (worst case scenario it needs to be sleeved and get new rings) Other than that If it hasn't hurt the top of the piston yet it sounds like you are running very very lean what size mains are in the carbs? or you mayhave an air leak? just some suggestions also check the reeds make sure you didn't lose one (broken off)
