My crew is possibly gonna return to Kermit for Thanksgiving, we'll be bring the kids with us this time.. The past 4 years we have been doing Thanksgiving at Lil Sahara, this year we gonna change it to Kermit.. Nothing for sure yet.....

correct me if I am wrong but he said the new springs are shorter,so I think they should be easier right? Something sounds fishy.. with the EBC HD kits are the stock orings, left in or out? All the other HD kits I know of your suppose to take the orings out, maybe they are causing the stiffness.. just my thought..

Was an awesome weekend to ride.. got there about midnight Thursday, made a pass around the dunes was kinda cold.. Friday was F in awesome. Broke my chain 1st thing out clear on the otherside of the dunes had a spare at camp no biggie.. While I was at camp (the south camp) putting the new chain on, I heard a monsterous sound from the drag strip... I knew that sound (figured I was hearing things) ... Then afew minutes later I heard it again.. It was Loco's monster Raptor.. So I hurried up and finished the chain, book ass out to the Drags... Met Loco briefly , checked out the beast then journey'ed on.... Me and my brother was gonna go check out the "trail to town" .. Curved the dunes on the way over to the north camp, figured I would look for the other HQ bunch... In all the excitement I had forgotten to tighten up the bolts on my rear housing.. That's how I met bansheefreak and wesw.. thanks for the tools guys!! My other brother showed up with our buddy Joe and my boy Friday.. The late night ride Friday was kinda wet, but the rain cleared away early saturday and it stayed gloomy til around 1 or so, then it got humid... Never did make it back over to the HQ headquarters.... but I did also meet trex banshee and probably some others out there...

Football FINALLY makes sense.......... A guy took his blonde girlfriend to her first football game. They had great seats right behind their team's bench. need more ..... was it running or not before the rebuild? did you mod. anything during the rebuild? answer these and someone will be able to help more... my shee started on the 4th kick and purrd just fine with no mods added during the rebuild... sounds like jetting too me....

just a nasty follow-up... not toward FASTracing, but to all the wusses in here that need a ez pull lever.. Geez ya'll boys had me scared... Weighing in at #130 wimpy ole me thought it was gonna be hell... I used all 6 spring Jeff sent and also put a fresh cable on, no EZ pull lever and it's no harder than before... Maybe Jeff sent me the "feather weight" class of springs!! I doubt that, these springs were about 3/4 of inch longer than the VITO's spring I took out.. hooks up great either way.... WUSSIES!! See ya'l at Lil Sahra this weekend....

Got email back from RickyStator today, he had me do a simple test to check to regulator out.. Regulator Check from RS.. try unplugging the single blue wire to the regulator (it is in the back by the CDI box) start the bike without the lights on..... turn the lights on but do not rev it yet..... slowly, slowly bring the rpms up and if the lightds start to perform as before you have a bad AC regulator... I did as instrucedt, my regulator is bad not the stator.. Just figured I'd post the info. for future "search canidates"

sorry bout that... you don't need to get rid of the whole parking brake assembly, you were just asking about cutting the 2 wires, that just overrides the circuit that tell the CDI not to go above 2500rpm. Bypass the wires and the CDI think that the brake is off... Your parking brake will still work, just don't forget when you leave it on!!! How's that ?

1 tooth up front = about 3 teeth in the back the opposite direction... moving up to a 15 would give you lots more on top, you might be able to launch in 1st gear prob. not 2nd anymore... Front spockets are cheaper so toying around with 3 different size ain't that bad money wise, your make large gear changes though.. change the rear to fine tune it..

Yes as I was thinking 0 doesn't sound right.. I do have some 55w and maybe even 75w, I'll give them a try this weekend... Thanks for posting the specs for the electrical test.. the yellow/red to black is shown in the clymers as being 2002 models and later I think.. edits in blue for others looking...
