  1. Ok went to the jetting faq and added it up this is what I got give or take 1-2. No Lid= 1-2 Mine is gutted and cut in the back with no snorkel Pipes says 8 larger no snorle 1-2 larger K&N 4-6 larger Timeing 0-1 larger Cold temp 1-2 larger Min 200+15on mains=350 Max 200+21 sizes = 410 I beliesve you guys, and I know you guys know what your talking about but how am I way off at 380. Am I doing this wrong.

  3. wet and kinda black. So can i just move the main because i think they used stock pilots and moved the air screw but i for got to what. This would explain why I need gas like every 1 hour. not happy. I figured I would have them do it then I could just adjust for the season, figures.

  5. WIth the 14 on the road at my house I only got to 3 and no it flew. I would want to pullup and flip. I am thinking that since there was all snow on the ground I was was pealing a little then shifting early because I really wasn't used to the extended power band. Its much longer then the stock hit and shift. I don't know I guess I wait untill I get it back to gether to narrow it down if it still does it.

  7. That what I thought but he said it wasnt running right at 360. I idles and ran good when I got it. Also this guy has done all my friend banshee's and one with fattys and some other mods has like 420's and it flys. I also had it at 250's with no snorkle and no other mods because it was backfireing at 240's. So it started at 250's when I gave it to him.
  8. I took it of because the hose on the back of the head was hard to get to for me. I also had to kill time while my friend was putting my new tires on so the extra work didn't matter to me. I havent tightened any thing on yet because I will when I get the head back so that could be why I didn't notice it not tightning properly. I will look at the bolt hole thank guys. Oh I took the fly wheel of to send it to boon and needed to get to the timeing plate.
  9. I had a local shop do it and it is 380 it was also like 35 when they did it and the day I rode it was about 15 if that matters. It ran great around the neighborhod when I got it back.
  10. I ordered a sticker on december 28. Still dont have it. I sent a email monday and they havent responded to me yet. assholes.
  11. Ok, I took of the fly wheel, and the head. To do this I also took of the gas tank and some plastic. When I was done my friend noticed a small gold colored metal tube on the ground. He also swears it wasn't there when we started. I think its like an inch long? Where did it come from? This is though?
  12. Ok, I put on a 15 up front imediatly after I put on pipes, K&N, and jetted. I only rode it once and it was in packed snow. The problem is I think that i really had to wind out some gears like 5,6 or there was a bog. This might have to do with some bad traction but not sure. Now I ride mostly wide trails, open area, and occasionally drag in dirt. The drags are the reason i went to the 15. I was wondering if when I get a milled head, lightened flywheel, and +4 timeing if I will be able to run the 15 and lose the bog or will I have to go back to the 14? I really wasn't to happy the way it had to be wound out in upper gears before, but havent rode on dirt yet? Sorry about the long post. Any suggestions appreciated.
  13. From what I heard is that if there not installed correctly they can shear. I tried to mod my stock plate it was pretty easy but waiting to get my head and fly wheel back to tell if I did it right. Just moved the holes 4mm to the left I think.

  18. What the hell do you guys use to clean that dam flame grill? Every rag, sponge, whatever gets cought on one of the points.

  20. yup but make sure that you have insurance for at least three months or you'll probably get dropped.
  21. My friend has a kfx400 with a pipe and its not bad. I would get the kawi because the green is better looking than the ugly yellow. Just my opinion.

  24. Mine back fired because it was to lean. I would think with pipes and no lid and may be an air filter you would need a few sizes bigger.
  25. I have had stock tires for like 5 months and have 2holes in a front tire and just put two mor.e in a rear tire. With the added bonus of no traction yeah I would say thay suck. Thank god I got rid of them.
